It was such an honour to ring in the New Year with Brianna and Cam and their loved ones. Our last wedding of 2023!

We hired Unforgettable Days for the day of our wedding. Leading up to it, Stephanie supported me in any way I needed and offered a much appreciated second pair of eyes to all of the contracts, timeline, and small details.
I am quite an organized person myself and wanted my wedding to be flawless, down to each detail. I know I can seem too "planny" to many people. Stephanie met my intensity, and whether through text or email, communicated in an extremely timely and clear manner. It was so appreciated.

On the day of, Stephanie made sure everything was handled so I didn't have to do anything. Whether you are a hands-on bride & groom, or prefer to let someone else plan for you, I recommend having Stephanie by your side. It’s no secret that everyone is going through a lot right now. Now more than ever, self-care is necessary not only to take care of ourselves but to provide a strong mindset to deal with everything going on around us. On October 21, join ILEA Edmonton Chapter for an evening of wellness and mental health awareness in person. During this event, we will foster a safe place to learn some important tools to utilize in your everyday life. These tools will include accessible relaxation techniques, guided meditation, and breathwork.⁣

During this evening wellness workshop at Tangled Roots , you will get valuable information from CASA Foundation while enjoying food from Mercer's Catering. You will also learn accessible relaxation techniques from local yoga teacher Stephanie MacDonald, owner of Unforgettable days, and we will finish off the night around a beautiful campfire while enjoying warm drinks together. Although this event is designed for event professionals, everyone is welcome.⁣

While this event will be in person at Tangled Roots, online access is available (courtesy of Encore Canada ) for those who cannot attend or are not comfortable attending in person. The online portion will include the mental health talk from CASA and accessible relaxation techniques from Stephanie MacDonald. ⁣

Although single use items played an important role to keep people safe during the height of the pandemic it also caused an enormous amount of waste put into our landfills. Although we as a company have a long way to go with learning and growing , we consciously try our best to use products that are sustainable, biodegradable and compostable. We found these great bamboo cutlery for an upcoming event and are excited to use them.

* Outdoor social gatherings – up to 20 people with distancing (indoor social gatherings still not permitted)
* Funeral services – up to 20 people, indoors and outdoors (receptions permitted outdoors only)
* Wedding ceremonies – up to 20 people, indoors and outdoors (receptions permitted outdoors only)
* Places of worship – 1/3 of fire code occupancy
* Personal and wellness services – resume walk-in service
* Restaurants – 6 people per table max, indoors or outdoors
* Outdoor public gatherings (concerts/festivals) – up to 150 people
