Yesterday, I returned home from an amazing weekend. Rick and Susan Wilcox (Rick Wilcox Show) are celebrating 25 years of performing at their theater in Wisconsin Dells. They hosted an amazing party! After their show on Saturday afternoon, 150 family, friends and magicians had an fantastic dinner, followed by a live band and dancing under the stars.

On Sunday I was part of a tribute show in their theater with fellow performers, Lady Sarah and Keith Fields, Erick Olson, Gene Anderson, Michael Ammar and of course Rick and Susan Wilcox.

To conclude the day, Michael Ammar gave a great, thoughtful and detailed lecture for about a 100 magicians that came from near and far to learn from the master.

I met old friends and made some new ones. Thanks Rick and Susan for all the time and effort you put into the weekend. Your care and attention to detail is what made the weekend so memorable. Those are the same qualities that make your show one of the very best magic shows in the world. Congratulations!

I don't like to post photos from trips while I'm away because trick thieves may break into my house and steal all my secrets. That being said, I was on tour in China in March and April. I performed shows in 6 cities, gave lectures to magic clubs in those cities and presented performing workshops. I was treated so well and have made new friends. Here are some photos from the trip.

My friend, Daly, is in the first photo. He is one of the top magicians in China and was responsible for arranging the tour. I was in Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Changsha, Xiamen and Beijing. The team that arranged the transportation and accommodation and translation were phenomenal! Thank you Li, Peter and Chenny!

The digital wall in Shanghai advertised my show. It was two stories high and the biggest I've ever seen myself. For a while, I thought I was a big star. I also signed more autographs in three weeks in China, than in my entire career!

As I had a bit of extra time, I was also treated to some amazing culture in the different cities. I'd never been to an interactive, immersive play before. What a cool experience.

Many magicians will tell you how our job enables us to experience some amazing trips and tours. My life is one of rich experiences that far surpass anything I could have imagined when I began this journey at the age of 11.
