A brief guide to life ❤

1. You will get a body. You may or may not like it, but it's the only thing that will definitely be at your disposal for the rest of your days.

2. You will have to study at a school called Life on planet Earth. Every person and every event is your universal teacher.

3. There are no mistakes, only lessons. Failures are an integral part of success. There are no innocent victims — all are just students.

4. The lesson will be repeated in various forms until it is fully learned. If you don't learn the easy lessons, they will become more difficult. When you've learned it, you'll move on to the next lesson.

5. External problems are an accurate reflection of your inner state. If you change your inner world, the outside world will also change for you.

6. You will realize that the lesson has been learned when your behavior and attitude towards suffering change. Wisdom is achieved through practice. A little bit of something is better than a lot of nothing.

7. There is no place and time better than "here and now". "There" is no better than "here". When your "there" becomes "here", you will get another "there", which will again seem better than "here".

8. Others are just your reflection. You cannot love or hate what is in others if it does not reflect your own qualities.

9. Life makes a frame, and you paint the picture. If you don't take responsibility for painting a picture, then others will paint it for you.

10. You'll get whatever you want. Your past and present desires and thoughts determine your future.

11. All the answers are in you. You know more than is written in the books. But to remember this, you need to read books, look into yourself, listen to yourself and trust yourself.

12. Relax and just play yourself, other roles are not suitable, and without the ease of "playing" and a correct and flexible attitude to everything, everything will be fake.

13. You will forget about all this, and it will last in a circle until you find yourself. Then you will remember everything, but just don't burst out laughing from your path through "suffering" and fighting with yourself..
