We are getting set up and ready for everyone to come out to Service Ontario Madoc! Come enjoy a braised beef sandwich, give your best wishes to Serbina and thank her for her years of hard work and dedication to the community. Buffet opens at 11:30 am and goes until 1 pm, or until supplies last!

Celebrate Service Ontario Madoc with us this Thursday, January 30th!

After years of incredible service, this fellow local small business is transitioning and will be closing their Service Ontario office on St Lawrence St. W in Madoc. Barn & Country is so grateful for the in-person help and endless patience Serbina Knight provided us as we navigated bureaucratic forms, red tape, and all the other government related details it takes to run a company. We know we aren’t alone in appreciating the customer service that helped us get whatever we needed done.

Join us in thanking Serbina for her efforts with a celebratory lunch. Barn & Country will be providing a free lunch of braised beef sandwiches and fry pies, drop in for a bite and wish Serbina all the best. Be at the 26 St Lawrence St W office at 11:30am sharp since the party is only until 1pm (or until supplies run out).

🍽️ January 2 is National Buffet Day! Which sort of feels like it’s *our* day! Here at Barn & Country our buffet style of serving meals at events is one of our favourite offerings. Why? Because it means there’s more than enough food for seconds, thirds - and because some dishes are just too hard to resist - fourths and even more. When we’re cooking, no one ever goes hungry. That’s for sure! 🤤

It’s sadly too late to enjoy this day together in person. But let’s be sure to next year! 🥓 What’s better than bacon?? Not much! It’s no wonder that it has an entire day to celebrate it.

Here at Barn & Country we use bacon to enhance our dishes like the variety of salads and sandwiches we offer. What’s your favourite bacon dish? Is it just… bacon? Because that’s definitely allowed! 🤔🍽️🥓🤤

🦃 Happy American Thanksgiving!

Typically we wouldn't think twice about today, but between family and friends in the States (along with a great excuse to have a Barn and Country feast) we can't help but join in celebrating today. 🍽️
