IRON LION ENTERTAINMENT

A little bit about myself; my name is Bevin Vaz a.k.a DJ Iron Lion, owner and founder of Iron Lion Entertainment. I have been a DJ since I was 15 years old - nearly 20 years! In recent years, I have moved from the club scene to Weddings and Corporate Events and have truly found my niche. On average, I am hired for over 20 weddings and over 40 corporate events a year. I enjoy entertaining crowds from all ages, sizes and ethnicity! I work closely with my clients to ensure their event runs smoothly. My passion and love for music all started at home. I was first introduced to the guitar by my father, who was in a band and still is to this day. I used to tag along with him for rehearsals and shows. I eventually started filling in for band members. I am self taught in many instruments such as: the lead guitar, drums and the bass guitar. In high school I played in many bands and venues all over the city. This helped me develop the confidence required to entertain any audience and increased my musical knowledge and ability to read crowds. Performing for said crowds also made me fall in love with various genres of music. The one thing that I love the most about entertaining any event is the ability to control the crowds’ emotions and setting the mood for their night.

I am the Resident DJ at various venues such as The Crooked Cue in Etobicoke, Great Lake Schooner Cruises and Boston Pizza Square One Mississauga. Some of my long term clients include: Home Depot North Queen, CIBC Bank, Laurentian Bank, Teranga Gold, Alamo Gold, Sheraton Parkway Hotel , Cree Insurance, Sunlife Insurance, Beacon Hall Golf Club, Tanger Outlets, Yorkdale Mall, Albion Mall, Bronte Yacht Club, International Aviation Association, Credit Valley Hospital, Peel Police, CRD College of Health Care, Mississauga Rotary and the list goes on!

Iron Lion Entertainment’s team of professional DJ’s are extremely skilled and strive to provide our clients and their guests a fun & memorable night that will keep them coming back for more!
