The Just for H.E.R: Silk Fit Paint Nite is right around the corner!

We’ll have the honour of having the founder of “Drip N’ Paint”, Dorothé Kanku, as our instructor for the night!

Founded in 2018 in Ottawa, ON, “Drip N’ Paint” has become more than just your regular paint night event. Guided by founder, Dorothé Kanku, an animator, painter, entrepreneur, and anime enthusiast, with her step-by-step beginner friendly guidance, energetic and outgoing personality, and her love for the art world, she has created “Drip N’ Paint” to bring people together for an evening of creativity, music and entertainment, enjoyment, and love.

On December 10th, we're stepping out of our heels, taking off our hats, and slipping into something comfy! This Week, Amanda J Events Once Again Has the Privilege to Be Apart of in Chicago to Bring Awareness & CHANGE to the Black Community!

What Is Juneteenth?

In 1863, President Abraham Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation, which declared more than 3 million slaves living in the Confederate states to be free. However, it took 2 years before the news of African American freedom reached Galveston, Texas on June 19, 1865. Currently, Juneteenth is NOT recognized or observed as an national holiday.

We Are Demanding Change, Bringing Accountability to Our Public Officials, & Honouring the Black Lives That Have Been Lost.

As the World is Slowly Beginning to Open Event Spaces, Amanda J Events Would Like to Reassure All of Our Future Clients, COVID-19 Healthy & Safety Protocols WILL Remain in Effect As Per Province/State Guidelines.

These Guidelines May Include:
• Maintaining Physical Distancing of At Least 2 Metres
• Washing Your Hands Frequently
• Practising Good Hygiene (Covering a Cough/Sneeze)
• Wearing a Face Covering in Indoor AND Outdoor Events Where Physical Distancing is a Challenge
