Q: Is the Friday Show & Shine FREE to the public?
A: YES!! This is a fun/casual show & shine at no charge to the public or participants. Car’s start rolling in around 5pm. Show runs till 8pm.

Q: Is there food available the Friday evening?
A: YES! A few of the food trucks lined up for the weekend will be set up Friday evening as well.

Q: What time do the gates open for the races?
A: 10am both Saturday & Sunday. Races will start around 10:30-11am

Q: What’s the cost to get in to the races?
A: $10 per person/per day. 12 & under FREE! CASH only!

Q: Where do we park?
A: Parking will be in the industrial area just north of the airport. From there it is a short walk to the airport grounds. There will be numerous signs directing you where to park/enter etc. Also see our Thursday post with photos and details in regards to parking.

Q: Is there handicap parking?
A: Yes. Follow the signs.

Q: What time do the races end?
A: Tough to say! It all depends on car count etc. so we are un-able to provide a definite ending time.

Q: Is there bleachers on site?
A: YES! We have a fair amount of bleachers in front of the race track. Please be advised in years past they filled up…. There is standing room also.

Q: I like to check out the race cars up close & personal. Are the pits open to spectators?
A: YES they sure are! Plus we do have an intermission which is a great time to check them out. Please be safe & aware when roaming the pits, as there is revolving traffic. Please do not touch race vehicles unless the owner/operator is present and allows it.

Q: Is there food on site?
A: YES! We have a nice selection of food trucks, treats, beverages etc on site.

Q: Is there a beer gardens?
A: No. Due to airport regulations there is no beer gardens at our race events.

Q: Is there camping available?
A: Sorry no. Camping is available to racers only. Bonnyville is surrounded by numerous camp sites… Check out Moose Lake, Muriel Lake, Crane Lake etc.

Q: Is there bouncy houses/activities for kids etc?
A: YES! We will have bouncy houses on location and 100% FREE thanks to our friends Lakeland Credit Union!

Q: Is there a MC announcing race details, run times, schedule etc.
A: YES! We have a race MC…. He will be keeping the crowd updated with track times, racer details, bracket education etc.

We're lucky enough to be invited to run sound and DJ at the Gear Grabbers race this weekend! If you missed Saturday come out Sunday. Great turn out of competitors. Lots of Wicked cars and trucks to watch.
