- If you need an item by a specific date, please reach out before ordering to confirm availability and timelines.

- Custom designs are available! For any personalized or custom requests, please DM me.
- Please be aware that custom orders may take longer to process depending on the complexity of the design.
𝟑. 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠
- I ship orders via Canada Post with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
𝟒. 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐬, 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
- No Returns or Exchanges: due to the custom, handmade nature of my products, i do not accept returns and exchanges, so please be sure of your order before purchasing.
- Damaged or Defective Items: if your order arrives damaged, please contact me with 1 days of receiving it with photos and videos. I will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
- Cancellations: Cancellation can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
