Welcome to Beyond the Meridian. One of greater Edmontons newest and most unique modern rustic wedding venues. A 1955 barn that has been fully renovated into the most unique and stunning space that your guests will be sure to remember. Nestled in the countryside of Sturgeon County we are located just 5 minutes West of St. Albert and only 15 minutes from Edmonton, Stony Plain, and Spruce Grove.

We are a full day venue that is here to assist in executing your perfect day. Get cozy and relax with us as we offer two separate spaces to get ready as you prepare for the best day of your life. With your choice of ceremony locations, choose the area that feels right for you. Enjoy exclusive use of our venue and grounds, surrounded by farmland and trees, giving way to ample picturesque locations, indoor and outdoor cocktail hour, and a separate reception space on the second floor with elevator access for those with mobility difficulties. With space to seat up to 120 guests, Beyond the Meridian is ideal for those looking for an intimate wedding experience with their closest family and friends.

Our staff is here to help orchestrate and serve you in the best ways we can. From set up, assistance in planning, timeline scheduling, decor pick-up/collection, day of coordination, to clean up. We are here to help turn your dreams into a reality. While you are welcome to hire an event planner, they aren’t required. Let Beyond the Meridian take the stress off your shoulders and look after the details for you, it’s what we love to do most.

Our hearts go out to all the brides and grooms whose weddings are getting affected/cancelled by the Jasper wild fires.

For anyone needing to pivot towards a plan B, Beyond the Meridian has availability in August and September! If you are finding yourself in need of a venue, please don’t hesitate to reach out as we’d love to help.

If some of your vendors are affected by this pivot as well, we will help you work with our preferred vendors to pull of the most memorable day!

Join us on this Sunday, July 14th for our Open House. Beyond the Meridian Wedding and Event Centre is opening our doors for you to bring family and friends and see it in person for yourself!

Come grab a drink, mini donuts, popcorn, and a snack while you tour our space and get to meet a handful of vendors from the wedding industry! Come anytime between 1-4pm, THIS Sunday!
