Following the ceremony, guests were welcomed to the lawn for a variety of interactive lawn games, food trucks, vintage beer truck & super cute photobooth van. Such a great alternative to the classic cocktail hour.

AND can we just mention how charming this summer home is? It looks like a rendering from a children’s storybook nestled gracefully in the perfectly appointed gardens. Dreamy.

It is a very personal and often debated topic on whether or not to have children at one’s wedding but laying eyes on these sweet little ring bearers in their page boy linen outfits could not have been cuter 🥰

Set on Lake Simcoe, A&C’s wedding was filled with so much love & happiness. A long time coming and many reiterations later due to the pandemic, this late summer celebration brought everyone together to finally witness this happy union, mingle, dance and simply enjoy the luxury of spending time together.

On a personal note, I have worked on 5 weddings and several events for this extended family and have the deepest affection for them all! What a privilege it is to see a family evolve through the years and to share in so many milestone moments. An unexpected perk in what has been a career filled with so many joys.

So many pretty details! From the flowerpots featuring custom watercolour table cards, to the lush and enchanting ceiling garland and abundant florals all framed against the gentle rolling grounds and rugged landscape of Muskoka, this soirée was a perfect blend of casual elegance and sophisticated summer.

This post has me swooning for the return of flowers, icy drinks in pretty glasses, vibrant colours, warm breezes and the happy days of summertime!

We are always excited to collaborate on celebrations hosted at home and while we spend a lot of time on the planning and logistics of an outdoor event, we also spend a lot of time praying for good weather!!! We were particularly grateful for gorgeous weather featuring A&G’s lakeside ceremony with guests arriving by boat and a vintage boat getaway.

20 years ago on December 27th, 2003, Andy Berry & I tied the knot!
It’s shocking how quickly 2 decades have gone by, it feels like just yesterday.

We have so much to proud and grateful for - 2 beautiful, thriving children (Fallon & Rowan), 2 successful and rewarding businesses, travelling the world, sailing the great lakes, so many close friends and healthy, loving families.

It has been a warm and fuzzy journey going through our wedding photos and I am grateful to report that I don’t have any regrets on anything, I wouldn’t have changed a thing!!

It was a spectacular day, celebrated at one of Toronto’s most beautiful churches, St. Paul’s Basilica followed by the always glamorous, Graydon Hall Manor.

Highlighted by the magic of the holiday season, ours was marvellous celebration filled with family & longtime friends.

Happy New Year everyone, cheers to love & marriage 🥂🥂
