Balancing life's demands can be a real juggling act. Right now, I'm here holding my sick baby, and my heart is torn between family and work. Most days, I squeeze in my wedding work during his naps and after he is down for the night.

But tonight, my son needs me as we face his first fever together. We're both exhausted and achy, and even though I have work waiting, it'll have to wait a bit longer. We're snuggling, comforting, and healing each other 💕

Hey, lovely friends and clients! 💕

I just want to take a moment to express my deepest appreciation to all of you for being incredibly patient and understanding during this beautiful yet challenging phase of my life. Being on a "modified" maternity leave and raising my adorable 5-month-old has been an absolute joy, but it's safe to say that navigating this crazy nap schedule has been quite an adventure! 😅

I am beyond grateful for how understanding and supportive you all have been, allowing me the time and space to cherish these precious moments with little Leo. Your patience and flexibility with meeting times when he's napping or awake have been nothing short of amazing!

I feel incredibly fortunate to have such understanding and compassionate clients like you. Your support has not only allowed me to be the best mom I can be but has also reinforced the bond I share with you as your Wedding Planner.

We hired Michelle for design & coordination for our wedding day and her and her team absolutely exceeded any expectations I could have ever had. Wedding planning tip 💡: Table decor can make a big impact on the overall look of your special day! 💐 Here's how to keep your tables clean, full, and comfortable for your guests:

Opt for a simple yet elegant centerpiece that won't take up too much space.
Don't overcrowd the table with decor, leaving enough room for plates, silverware, and glasses.
Choose a specialty napkin or other decor piece in your wedding colors to add a pop of color and tie the look together.

"Michelle helped my wife and get married on July 29th at the Laurel Packinghouse in Kelowna and it couldn't have gone any better. From day 1, Michelle has been absolutely amazing to work with. She helped take the vision we had of our wedding, and turn it into something better than we could have ever imagined. My wife and I are from the lower mainland and it was important to us to have a planner who knows the Kelowna market, along with having the right connections to all the vendors. She was able to get our rental vendor to supply us with what we need, even though they didnt originally want to. She is open, honest and quick to respond, which was super important to me.

Leading up to the wedding, she took on every single vendor, even those who werent originally under her umbrella, like coordination of the limo, and shuttles for our guests. This made the week before the wedding very relaxing for us, which every bride and groom would want. She even went out of her way to bring us our flowers for our first-look photos as we were unable to get them ourselves. Michelle literally went the extra mile to make sure we had the perfect day.

She made sure every detail we discussed about happens on a timely matter on the day of and she also provides excellent tips and ideas to make our special day flawless. I can honestly say without her services our wedding would not turn out this great as we tried to jam pack all the events in limited time. "Where to even begin... Michelle made my dream wedding come to life! I recently got married at predator ridge in the Okanagan. From the very beginning Michelle was extremely organized and always kept me on track. I was always worried about the planning becoming very overwhelming and Michelle assured me many times that it was all under control. Having Michelle deal with all of my vendors saved me so much stress and time. Knowing it was all handled and looked after was such a great feeling. From the very beginning of our design plans I knew we had to something spectacular with the iconic umbrella tree. Kelly even went as far as securing a permit from the city so we could attach florals to it.. and she NAILED it! Literally almost an exact replica of the inspo images I sent her. We finished it off with the beautiful aisle markers (which were repurposed to the reception tables afterwards), pillar stands from and scattered rose petals down the aisle 🥰😍

✨️ Throwback to May Long Weekend 2022 when we held the VERY FIRST wedding ceremony at The Gallery Winery with this amazing couple!!

A&D contacted us last December looking for assistance in planning, designing & coordinating their super intimate marriage to each other. They wanted a simple ceremony with just two witnesses in attendance. Their "must haves" included the Okanagan views in the background and the inclusion of delicious food paired with local wines. They wanted it to be "simple, yet still look & feel like a wedding celebration".

😍 We coordinated the ceremony with followed by a private wine tasting , charming limo transportation provided by Okanagan Entertainment & Limousine (aka Captain Kirk) and ended their day with a multi-course wine paired lunch at

AND....the best part.... the day of consisted of only 5 hours of onsite management!! I came home from CAMPING in the morning, pulled off this gorgeous afternoon celebration, then headed back to my campsite and was sitting fireside with a bevy by 6pm. Can we please have more celebrations like this in the future?!?! 😄

With only three more wedding celebrations left this season we can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel! It's been such an incredible wedding season for 2022, helping so many lovely couples get married and delivering the wedding of their dreams 💞 A huge thank you to all the amazing Wedding Professionals who helped bring plans together and communicated effectively with me leading up to these events. Let's continue to stick together over these next few weeks !!

knocked this arbour floral out of the park! The variety of purple and mauve are simply breathtaking. Apparently lilacs usually aren't still in season early June (did I hear that correctly?) but this year they were and man, oh man, I'm glad they were!! I always thought purple was a hard colour to pull off for a wedding but Jenner makes it look effortless 🌸

Polka Dot Door Floral Design Boutique absolutely nailed it with the gorgeous florals at M&C's beachfront wedding in Osoyoos, BC yesterday. I love being able to share a vision for the design and receiving EXACTLY what we are looking for. Sometimes you never know what twists the Florist is going to come up with, but Kelly stuck to our vision and delivered the most beautiful tropical inspired elegance ✨️🌿

Remember when we high tailed it to Banff, AB to see through J&A's vow renewal?! After many months of restrictions & changes to events in BC, what was meant to be an Okanagan party for 150+ people ended up being a romantic elopement-style celebration in the Rockies 😍

You've just been pronounced married, you walk back up the aisle, everyone's cheering, annnnd...

A. You and the rest of your Wedding Party awkwardly gather and wonder 'what now?' before the rest of your guests get up and bombard you with congratulations

Or..

B. You're each handed some sparkling wine and shuttled over to the side by your Wedding Planner for a 2 minute private moment alone to take it all in. This is what we like the call the 'Holy S**t We Just Got Married' moment 😆🥂 your guests are served their glasses of bubbly while you get some candid photos documenting this incredible milestone. Then you walk back over and cheers to your marriage with all your closest friends & family!

Happy Sunday 💫

So I bought a Cricut... and now I'm overwhelmed with having to figure out everything it can do. Creating vinyl decals and signage was my main goal at first-- then I learned it can also cut other materials like fabric, wood and GLASS?! And I can do foil transfers? What! This is amazing (but I'm in way over my head) If you have one or have used one before, please share some tips with me below!!! ⤵️ I'm desperate for help lol!
