Introducing…Beechwood Floral Design!! 🍂🍂🍂

(Formerly Jane Marshall Flowers / muskokaflowergirl.) After a year of big changes, I’m over the moon to be re-opening fully next week with a fresh new brand in my new permanent home-studio location!

I’ll be flooding your feeds again with beautiful blooms and weekly specials (first one is up next Weds, Oct 4, just in time for Thanksgiving) and the website is back open for regular orders. Timed pick-ups will also be available again starting next week.

About the name: after running Jane Marshall Flowers for almost 12 years, it was time for a name and a brand that better reflected me, and our beautiful Muskoka locale. Beeches have always been my favourite tree, for the velvety grey of their bark and how they hold their leaves in winter, giving colour to an otherwise grey and white landscape. I even incorporate preserved beech leaves into many of my designs this time of year as their golden leaves are a perfect compliment to autumn flowers.

I’ll be sharing more over the coming weeks, but for now, I want to thank you all for following along, and bearing with me during this year of transition! 🍂🤎

•• Update ••

Many of you know that this little biz of mine is in the midst of a big transition year, having given up my retail space, and moving towards having a permanent home studio in Huntsville (which is so exciting, I could burst!!)

It’s been a very successful trial run, working from my out-of-town home studio, and I want thank you to everyone SO much for rolling with the changes this year so far! 🙏🏼

There’s just one more stage before this transition is complete, but it involves a reduction in services for the months of July, August and September. Our current house closes at the end of June and we’ll be in our new home at the end of September, so I’ll be operating at very limited capacity during these months. I will only be able to continue my standing orders for businesses, weddings and events, and subscription clients. I will be able to accommodate some special orders, as long as I have at least a week’s notice, but day-to-day orders and weekly specials won’t be possible, as I won’t be carrying a regular inventory of product.

So, for the next three weeks, it’s business (and weekly specials) as usual, then I’ll be reopening to full operations (offering both pick-up and delivery again) on October 2nd, just in time for Thanksgiving!

In the meantime, if you’re interested in a flower subscription (regular weekly, bi-weekly or monthly flower deliveries) or are having a small event you’d like some special blooms for, send me a DM or an e-mail. And thank you again so much for following along here and sticking with me through this transition…we’re almost there, and it feels sooo good!! ✨☺️
