We’ve been friends forever, but decided to bring our love for events to life 5 years ago when we started PS&CO Event Management. We’ve recently expanded our business to include YYC and The Okanagan and can’t wait to see what’s ahead for us.

Picture this…. 1 hour till the ceremony kick off and we found ourselves battling with bees 🐝 who decided to swarm our beautiful ceremony space which was set and ready to roll.…. Cue a whirlwind pivot to a nearby field thankfully providing a stunning background. We could not help but say if rain is good luck bees must mean forever happiness!

We did a quick flip from a market atmosphere to the most magical reception space for all ❤️

A massive congratulations to our clients and everyone who had a hand in making this day as beautiful as it was 🥂

We faced a few challenges with the first rain fall in weeks but we were able to transform this space just in time for a gorgeous night. Welcome to our business page!

PS&CO. Event Management started as an idea in August 2017, on a napkin in an airport with a very different launch plan. It has since evolved into a service that is so often missed in the planning process.

PS&CO. was founded by two great friends who have a passion for creating and executing events. Amber and Jocelyn have known each other over a decade, and met working in the bridal world here in Calgary, Alberta. Known for their flair in theme party creations and for personally and professionally executing events and weddings, this step was only natural. PS&CO. offers ‘day of’ wedding coordination and event packages for everyone. Having an event coordinator on your special day frees up your mom, best friends, aunties, cousins, grandparents etc. to enjoy your day WITH you.

Let Jocelyn and Amber be your behind the scenes hands, eyes and ears 0n the day of your event. With various packages to choose from, they have you covered for whatever your ‘day of’ needs might be.
