Hi there its James Alexander founder and President of Partytme Inflatables Inc. located in Ottawa, Ontario. Lately Bounce Houses, Slides, Obstacle Courses, Slides and other easy portable inflatable attractions have become increasingly popular in Canada. Currently our operations are based in Ontario, Canada and we are experiencing growth like never before. Heading into 2020 we are positioning ourselves for massive growth. We are licensed by the T.S.S.A. Technical Standards and Safety Authority. Because of the extensive growth in this industry safety compliance is becoming a very important issue. Our brand focuses on providing our clients with new inventory and attention to safety operations. Annually our products go through a licensing process and ending in an inspection from a T.S.S.A inspector. The inspector requires us to install all our inflatables that are being licensed for the season so they can inspect on site. They examine every inch of each inflatable and there is no shortcuts provided by the inspector. Our inflatables that are licensed annually are new quality and exceed industry standards in both safety and design. Our products are purchased from the most expensive and highest quality suppliers in North America. In the market you will find suppliers that rent old used models of inflatables at a lower price this also means that equipment is most likely not sanitized either. Installation on commercial property Bounce Houses, Slides, Obstacles Courses in Ontario must be installed by a Certified Amusement Device Mechanic. (ADMI) Partytime Inflatables employs its own ADMI which makes us a one stop shop for our customers. The T.S.S.A follows the ASTM Standards for Amusement Inflatables and new amendments are implemented on an ongoing basis. Examples such as Anchoring and Safety Mats has changed recently. Annually we spend thousands of dollars in order to keep our brand current with new inventory and other required components. Operations of Bounce Houses, Slides, Obstacle Courses and other types of Inflatable structures must be supervised by only Trained Ride Attendants from the Inflatable company. Do not attempt to use your own volunteers to supervise during operations at a Public Event, this is a recipe for disaster on so many levels. Partytime Inflatables has is implementing in 2020 a Training program for our Ride Attendants. Residential use of our inflatables. Does not require the T.S.S.A Licensing or hiring Ride Attendant. You supervise the equipment yourselves. We will still deliver and install and return back after your party is finished to dismantle and remove.

1) Safety Standards and customer commitment. Our industrial Inflatable Inventory. We pay on average $5000.00 to buy and license each Amusement Inflatable we own. Modern designs that are sue to make a clients event a success with a well rounded product line.
2) Cleanliness of our inflatables! We vacuum and sanitize every inflatable structure prior to operation this is our commitment to our client that we will do our very best each and every time. Sometimes rain can be a problem for cleaning but we give 100% effort because there is no excuse for lack of effort.
3) Training of Ride Attendants used during operations. Our PTI Training program covers all aspects such as Manufacturer Guidelines as well including each Technical Dossier for each inflatable they supervise. Dossiers are onsite during operations for Ride Attendants to review. Safety protocols for evacuation in the case of deflation due to electrical failure or wind or storm. Our Ride Attendants must be attentive as well as knowledgeable on all aspects of the operations. During our observation period if we determine a Ride Attendant does not measure up to our standards we replace them. This includes that they are not playing on their cell phone or distracted by conversation to patrons.
4) Reliable on time delivery Customers pay for our service and we owe it to them to show up on time. There is no excuse such as traffic delays, wrong address, lost etc. Event planning is all about showing up on time hence the word planning. So we will never be late ever unless there is a legit excuse.
5) Pricing! Our goal is to save our customers money without sacrificing quality. That is why we are constantly looking for cost saving strategies that translate into great value for the end client.
6) Ordering Process Our goal is to have our customers experience pleasure every step of the process from ordering to completion of their event. We are in the event planning business and it requires cooperation between the client and our service because there are many details to answer. Customer want clear concise information fast and this is not a want its expected.
7) Visual Guided Forms. Our customers will have access in 2020 to tons of useful visual guides that will help them plan and develop their event such as fundraising, increasing attendance, safety guides, increasing revenue guides.
8) Registered with the WSIB Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. Partytime Inflatables workers on your site are protected from injury claims against you and your event. Most inflatable companies are not and that is a liability for the client. Check it out based on our recent research with the WSIB consultant we are the only one locally.
9) T.S.S.A Licensed Company employing a Certified ADMI (Amusement Device Mechanic. We install Amusement Inflatables on both Hard Surface Installs requiring Weighted Sandbags and Grass surface using ASTM Standards Steel Anchors.
