We've had 4 incredible months of tender moments like this ✨

I'm the first to admit that wedding season has been crazy and unpredictable, but we can't thank you enough for your patience and understanding.

💌It's the first detail that introduces your wedding to your guests - teasing all of the amazing fun and adventure that is to come.

💌They give your guests an idea of what to expect in terms of theme and/or vibe, how to gift, and what to wear. This is of course on top of essential details like date, location, etc.

💌They are versatile. Letterpress on handmade paper has an entirely different impression than an e-vite (we at DOWC believe there’s a time and a place for both options depending on your wedding needs).

With COVID-19 and all the uncertainty it has caused, we encourage our couples to be more strategic in how they communicate their wedding plans & vision to their guests. This could mean an electronic save the date with paper invitations to follow closer to your wedding date or it may mean creating one or two wedding stationary sets for photos & keepsake and inviting your guests electronically . Mix and match to fit your vision and budget.

For us, the answer is always AS SOON AS POSSꞮBLE.

Wedding vendors are typically reserved 6-12+ months in advance depending on their respective service and due to COVID-19 related postponements starting in 2020 a lot of your favorite vendors time may already be spoken for in 2022 and beyond.

Our advise: reach out and start those conversations early.
