Cheers to long weekends! 🥂

In the past 6 summers, I haven't really blocked off any weekends and therefore, I haven’t been able to fully enjoy too many long weekends. I'm looking forward to spending most of this one at the lake with my monkeys so my response time may be a bit slower than usual ⏰️

Hello, it's me, Ashley... 👋
..coming out of hibernation to share an exciting update with you.

This year, I will be adding another LEAD coordinator to the RSW team! Sylvie is currently taking her WPIC certification course and is excited to upgrade her title. We had the pleasure of working together last year and I am confident that she will help make even more wedding dreams come true! With that being said, WE can now accept a few more weddings for 2024! 🗓

I've made the difficult decision to close....

My 2024 books! 📖📘

I'll be the first to admit that I bit off more than I could chew this past season and to be totally honest, I am still feeling the burnout! 😔

Therefore, this year, I'm taking on a little less so that I can still have some weekends with family! 👧👦

2024 will be my 7th year in business and I am so so grateful to my past and future clients for keeping me so busy. 🙏😊

October 7th marked my last wedding of my 5th and busiest wedding season!

I am feeling so thankful for...

I absolutely love when you choose to include your fur babies on your wedding day!

With that being said, there are many logistics to consider including:
-Who will pick them up?
-Where will they be during the ceremony?
-How will they behave in a large group of people?
-Who will ensure they have adequate food and water?
-Who will return them home?

If you find yourself asking these questions, I highly recommend hiring a company like ! They can help you answer these so that you can reap the benefits of having your pal (or 3!) present without the worry. 🐶🐩

Happy New Year! 🥳

Is it still acceptable to say that?!?😬 The fact that it's taken me 26 days to say that just goes to show that this January is just flying by! (For me, anyway!)

For the last 26 days, I've been trying to find a balance between life with two kiddos while squeezing in some time for my business as well.

As I begin to prep for my busiest season, I am realizing more than ever that finding a balance will be the key to my success as a wedding coordinator but also as a mom! I am also realizing that I will no longer be able to operate as a one-woman show. With that being said, I will be looking to hire some extra help. Stay tuned for more details! 👀👭

That's a wrap! 🎬

Good day loyal followers! Tbh I'm not even sure why you're still following me since I haven't posted in 7 months but THANK YOU! ☺️ Here's a long post to make up for lost time.

This wedding season was bananas... not only because I coordinated more than DOUBLE the amount of weddings than any other season but because I did so with TWO monkeys at home. It certainly took a village to make this season a possibility and a success and I couldn't be more thankful. 🐵🐒

Thankful for each of my INCREDIBLE couples for entrusting me with your special day! It was truly a honour and I wish you nothing but the best in your marriage. 💕

Thankful for my husband, Dylan, for sacrificing your weekends to help load/unload decor, for always making sure that my devices were charged and that I had something to eat on the drive. 💪🍟

Thankful for my family (mostly my mama!) for babysitting when needed. I never had to worry about Scarlett and Emmett as I knew they were in great hands. 👧👶

Thankful for my many assistants and new lead coordinator, Sarah. I so appreciate all your help! 🥰

And last but not least, I'm thankful for the vendors that I had the pleasure of working with this year. Most importantly, Joy & Scott of .ca! Although I coordinated weddings at other venues, it's because of their trust in me that I was so busy this year! 📆
