👩🏼🌾 Whether you’re sitting down for a meal in our restaurant, picking up groceries, or grabbing fresh eggs at the market, it all starts at the farm.
Just down the road, has been growing alongside us since 2017. On 48 acres of prairie soil, they grow vegetables, fruit, and flowers, and raise animals that provide eggs and pork for Pineridge Hollow. 🐷 The cycle even comes full circle as our restaurant scraps return to the farm to nourish the animals, keeping everything connected.
🥕 What arrives on your table is more than farm to table. It is a story of land cared for with regenerative practices, traditions passed down, and food grown with intention.
