Chef D was cooking up a storm for this weekend’s appetizer party.

More than small bites, the guests enjoyed Arancini Risotto Balls, Lemon pepper Scallops swimming in Beurre Blanc, Chicken Satays with spicy peanut ginger sauce, Pomegranate & Balsamic Glazed Duck Breast served en croute with bourbon fig spread and finally mini Beef Wellingtons.

A great menu for an afternoon party.

Robbie Burns Day and Burns Night is fast approaching.

We're planning our annual Burns Night Dinner menu to honour the life and poetry of the famous Scottish Poet.

Dinners are normally held on or near Robbie's birthday, January 25th.

We take a more classic approach to the dinner menu, with some great Scotch-inspired recipes.

Rack of Lamb with Whisky Demi-Glace for the main and Tipsy Laird, which is a fun Scottish trifle for dessert.

Holiday parties are keeping us busy!

Our favourite clients P & M hosted a Private Chef's 5 course dinner including an appetizer of Margaret Lake seared Duck Breast with Cointreau glaze and Mushroom puff pastry. Our specialty for the main course was Pistachio-crusted Rack of Lamb with Minted-Cabernet Jus.

Spooktacular Halloween Dinner with crispy Chicken Parmigiana. Chicken cutlets breaded with Panko crumbs and crispy-fried. Topped with a zesty Arrabbiata sauce and sprinkled with mozzarella cheese. Served over pasta.

Calgary Private Chef Dinner tonight with some barbecued bone-in pork chops! Pork chops were brined this afternoon to tenderize. Then grilled on a low heat barbecue with bbq sauce added at the end of grilling.

Mother's Day "Deliver & Dine", featuring Salmon Wellington. Delicate fillet of salmon and cambozola cheese, wrapped & baked in phyllo pastry.

There are a few delivery spots remaining for our Mother's Day weekend, May 7th, 8th, 9th.

Our three course menu featuring a starter of Garlic Brie Velouté, our main of Salmon Wellington served with market vegetables & Chocolate Espresso Crème Brûlée for dessert.
