What an honour to have been nominated for an Essence and culture award back in December 2023. Tonight at the award ceremony I was the winner in my category of community service individual for my community work in the London community. I want to send out a sincere thank you to the individual(s) that nominated me. I would also like to thank everyone that voted 🗳️ for me as well as the ECA for putting this all together and for recognizing members of the community for all that they are doing in their respective field(s)/ area(s) of specialty. Last but not least I want to thank my beautiful daughter for accompanying me to this event she is so lovely 🥰 when I returned to my seat she told me the she was proud of me. I almost cried because quite frankly her words touched me and was beyond meaningful to me. She and her choir the London Gospel Collective were also nominee's at tonight's ECA ceremony.
