Yesterday was a fantastic day at Culinary Arts Prince Edward! It was The HUB Child & Family Centre's fundraiser to raise funds for their expansion. Today's Hike for Hospice was a lot of fun! It was a very breezie day but the cool air felt great when you were doing the walk/run. This colourful massive caterpillar visited our construction site. Does anyone know what kind he is? The picture on my arm gives you an idea how big he is. He was about 4 and a half inches long.

It was a great day today at the Prince Edward County Lavender Festival. There were lots of things to see and do around their farm. You could pick your own bouquet of lavender, browse their shop or even dance the day away with their lavender fairy. I taste tested their lavender lemonade and nougat and both were really good.

Happy Canada Day! I had the pleasure of spending part of the day taking photos of the FireFit Championships in the City Of Quinte West. Now I'm looking forward to heading to the fireworks in Belleville tonight!

Today was my first time back to our hunt camp in over a year. We had a great day filled with lots of different kinds of wildlife. I'm looking forward to getting back there again soon!

We had a great day today at Haliburton Forest & Wild Life Reserve! We also came home to a nice surprise, the second baby of the year being born at Oh Alpacas. He has yet to be named but he is very adorable. I'm hoping to have some more photos of him tomorrow once he has fed for the first time and is out in the pasture.

Had a great meeting today with Grace Inn, Belleville Homeless Shelter to discuss our upcoming video projects! I'm very excited to be able to work with them. The shelter is still under construction but they are already starting to help out the community. Including their March For Mental Health and Homelessness Walk/Run next weekend. There’s an extremely adorable new family member running around Oak Hills Alpacas! Ceilidh gave birth to Bellefast last night. She’s already extremely curious about her new surroundings. Coming over to give me a couple sniffs and say hi to the camera.

Yesterday was a great day at the Gathering of Friends Loyalist Re-enactment! Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. More than happy to tell me their stories and about their campsites. It's a great opportunity to learn about how the Loyalists lived. Even Prince Edward County Mayor Steve Ferguson stopped by and participated in the firemaking competition.
