My business has touched the lives of thousands of people. I wake up in the morning looking forward to who I can serve, invigorated by what kind of creative challenges I will have each day. I'm constantly in awe of the kindness and love that I get to share in through my work - I'm honoured to be a part of love stories, acts of kindness, and celebrations at every stage of life.

1. No reviews talking about past wedding work. If the florist you're interested in hiring has reviews talking about everything BUT a wedding experience, this might be a sign they don't have the knowledge to create the gorgeous wedding arrangements of your dreams. 🚩
-Seek out florists who have reviews indicating what kind of service they provide and look for client testimonials on their website.
2. "Too good to be true". When you find a vendor who promises you everything and more (for a price that's below anyone else), take this as an indication that not everything is what it seems. A vendor who sets boundaries respects your time and theirs - they are transparent about their products and services. 🚩
-Listen to your vendor as they explain their products and services. Ask clarifying questions regarding arrangements, deadlines, timeline, and their contract (they should have one!!).
3. Slow response times. If you've been waiting to hear back from your vendor for more than a week or two, chances are it's a sign of disorganization which ultimately leaves you feeling frustrated and forgotten about - especially if you have time sensitive questions that need answers!
-Ask when you can expect a response. If you are waiting for more than a few days past the agreed upon date, this could be a sign that something is amiss.
