Vintage Tea Hat Party '24 was a Huge Success and all thanks to Bathurst Heritage Museum/Musée du Patrimoine de Bathurst and impeccable host Nancy Culligan-Brunner.

A donation of $250 was made by the festival to help with food cost for the CWL (Catholic Women's League) who provided the prep.

It was a delightful afternoon filled with smiles, memories & friendship.

The Children's Event was hosted on July 20th, both inside & outside of City Hall.

🔸️Young & old were entertained by Twice the Fun Party Rentals from 360 Photo Booths to Jumpy Castles Galore.
🔸️The Point Church hosted a BBQ & had over 25 volunteers keeping everyone safe,
🔸️Bathurst Fire Department & St. Anne Regional Fire Department paid the kids a visit and brought along the interactive fire truck. 🔸️Basque Family Farm passed out 500 containers of milk.
🔸️Centre des Resources Chaleur Resource Center collected supplies for families in our region & with great success.

If you are interested in donating supplies please contact Centre des Resources Chaleur Resource directly, there is always a need in our community. No matter how large or how small.

Simply put, it was a fun day.

Our committee knew they’d find professionalism and integrity at Ben's, and that’s exactly what they got.

Bathurst Minor Hockey Association -Association du Hockey Mineur de Bathurst you worked hard and it paid off.
Total Amount Raised: $16,312.18

4 Nights. 100's of volunteer hours. Early morning clean ups and late nights.

Thank you a million times. We could never have done this without you, and we wouldn't want to. Hard work, laughter & memories.

100% of tips made during the concert nights went to BMHA.

**The Festival Gives Back**

We are thrilled to announce that Centre Musical Robertville Musical Center has generously donated a child's guitar to our festival. After many thoughtful discussions within our committee, we decided to pass this gift on to the Anglophone North School District. We believe this guitar will bring joy and music to children for many years to come.

John Mann, an employee of the school district, will be delivering the guitar on our behalf. We're excited to see it bring smiles and inspire young musicians in our community!

The Show Rig Downtown is Private Property! While we love everyone is coming to us to ask permission to use it, we dont have a say in it, we simply donated the sand to bring the ring back to use.

We would hate to lose the use of that ring and are working on options for it in the meantime please talk to Bathurst Agricultural society #3 for permission
