We are looking for a local photo editor to join our team. We are looking for someone to work in our Function office two days a week and who lives in the Sea to Sky area. The majority of weddings are between April and October, so this is a flexible role. During the "off season" we could offer part-time training hours, while during the peak season we could offer 40+ hours. Job Requirements:

You must have attention to detail, be able to work independently, be confident with image curation, have great communications skills and have solid lightroom and photoshop experience.
The nitty gritty:
Back-up and maintain organised files
Lightroom: culling, colour correction, cropping, straightening
Photoshop: spot removal
Final sort and upload of images to clients
Build albums and Slideshows
Curate images for social media

$25 an hour plus bonus for end of season

carless is the newest member of the Whistler Elopements Team! Dom is our new Administrator, along with , she’ll be helping you plan and bring your dream day to life.

She’s a dream big, logistics mastermind, and ray of sunshine! Born and raised in the Sea to Sky, this Whistler local is also a mother of three under three, and a ginger superwoman in our eyes!

Today is also Dom’s BIRTHDAY! So let’s give her some love!

The Administrator, Website and Social Media manager will be responsible for effective and efficient client and vendor communications, curating and creating social media content, and maintaining a website presence.

Ideal Candidate will have:

-Strong professional communication skills
-Attention to detail and be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
-Be able to work independently and efficiently on project based tasks
-Highly organized
-Experience with CRM systems
-Experience working with Wordpress
-Solid understanding of social media platforms and their management programs (Instagram + Pinterest)
-Experience with Adobe Suite -
Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign (an asset but not required)
-Natural problem solver
-Ability to identify weak points and create systems to remedy them
-Eagerness to learn

Tasks:
-Responding to client inquiries and emails
-Vendor bookings and relations
-Maintain Client Relations Management Software (CRM)
-Manage after-wedding sales of prints and albums
-Create branded PDFs
-Website Content (Plan and write blog posts and update website gallery)
-Social Media (Curate and create content for Instagram + Pinterest)
