Here’s a beauty pic of our lemon meringue dainty and let me tell ya, there’s nothing dainty about this desert!!! Traditionally at the end of a “church supper” in PEI, you’d get a massive slice of lemon meringue pie!!! This is our version!!! Everything made fresh in house by our talented chefs and the best part is the meringue that we pipe on and torch!!! Think marshmallow torched to perfection!!!

Here we have the Clam Pizza, if you’ve never had it it’s a must try!!! Hand made dough by our chefs, only the best Spanish olive oil, dried oregano hand crushed by the oyster gods themselves and garlic so exotic that we have to sign a waiver to get it in the kitchen! Oh, the clams…oh baby the clams! Freshly shucked to order with each pizza and cooked to perfection, served with a lemon wedge straight form the Amalfi coast. If you’re not drooling yet then you must be ill!

We have a couple announcements for ya!!! First, we want to thank everyone for all the well wishes and kind words, all of you have been incredible!!! Thank you to everyone that has had a chance to stop by so far and can’t wait to have more of you in the seats!!! Secondly, WE WILL BE CLOSED TODAY, TUESDAY NOVEMBER 28th, there is an emergency electrical shutdown in the building today that dates back to an issue in 1940 so without power we closed. And lastly, WE WILL BE TAKING RESERVATIONS !!!! Starting next week through the website but feel free to call this week for resos!!

If you've been hanging around the brewery for a while, chances are you've crossed paths with our buddy, Chops (aka Dave!). You might catch him shucking oysters for Maisy's Pearl or just chilling in the tap room with his sweet pup, Roxy.

Chops earned his nickname for a pretty impressive reason — he’s been an EMS Helicopter Pilot since 2001. However, in 2015, life took an unexpected turn when he confronted the challenging reality of PTSD, a battle that many first responders face. During this trying period, Chops found solace and support in a volunteer-run organization known as Boots on the Ground.

Boots on the Ground plays a crucial role in the lives of First Responders, providing them with confidential, anonymous peer support around the clock. For Chops, it wasn't just support; it was a lifeline that pulled him through.

Chops and his trusty team of stand-in bartenders will be serving up your favourite brews, and here's the deal – they're donating 100% of their tips straight to Boots on the Ground. Yep, every tip you toss into the jar during the event goes directly to this amazing charity. Plus, we've got some epic raffles and surprises in store for you.

It was said that Casanova used to eat 85 oysters a day which is an incredible amount but after doing some research there’s a little known fact that Poseidon ate over 100 oysters a day and his beverage of choice was Washed Away By Sea from our buds over !!!!
