The Smokin Carnivore is back in Kingston this weekend from Sept 22-25 for Kingston’s instalment of Poutine Feast at The Memorial Centre. Come try our classics poutine with our smoked gravy - or is it pulled pork you crave? Or maybe you want to try our special entry for the weekend - Montreal Smoked Meat poutine. Made from scratch on truck - this Canadian classic is something else - come on out to the Memorial Centre and give it a try!

Kevin and Whitney enjoy raising four children on their 175 acre 3rd generation farm and have found a new love by providing quick service meals with fresh high-quality products. Signature dishes include slow-smoked beef brisket, smoked pulled pork, gourmet beef burgers and a fantastically popular poutine selection (try the taco poutine... thank us later 😉)
Pop-ups are pumped for another summer weekend down at West Zwick’s Park. We are thrilled to welcome Kevin and his team from The Taco Hut – serving up fresh tacos with locally raised beef and smoked meats. The Taco Hut is located in pop-up # 9 and will be with us for the remainder of the season. We couldn’t wait to taco ‘bout how excited we are!

and are looking for two more enthusiastic people who are passionate about food to round out our team. Responsibilities of the role will include food prep on truck, customer relations off the truck and workplace/guest area sanitation. Assets that the ideal candidate would possess include Food Handling Safety Certification, effective verbal communication skills, prior food service/prep experience, basic math skills (counting money, adding totals), punctual, self starter.
