We were tasked with designing a few custom signature cocktails for the upcoming weekend and we rose to the challenge! We always aim for approachable and recognizable ingredients when developing our cocktail programs in an effort to ensure guests of all ages attending your event feel confident in what they are ordering. While cocktails with rare specialty ingredients and liqueurs are exciting to sample, we understand that there is a time and a place for those types of adventures. You can certainly expect exciting flavour profiles at our bar, without the guessing game. 😉

| SEASONAL COCKTAIL MENU |

Our 2023 autumn/winter menu features a few of our popular recipes, along with newly inspired twists on the classics. A major focus of ours when designing these menus is keeping cocktail ingredients unique, yet approachable, allowing you to wow your guests with a memorable and elevated experience. If you plan on serving food from your favourite local restaurant, why not include cocktails to match? All of the specialty ingredients and garnishes are made to order using fresh local produce, or have been delicately preserved from summer harvesting. Clients are certainly not limited to these options, as we love designing custom cocktails based on preferences or event themes.

We are thrilled to introduce Adrian Chappell to The Mix Team as Co-Owner and Director of Beverage Services!🥂✨

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Adrian’s career has allowed her to take a deep dive into all things related to beverage and service. After moving to Vancouver at the age of 18, Adrian found work as a barista. This job ignited a passion for being behind a bar and connecting with people through a love of drinks. Eventually Adrian made her way back to Saskatoon where she was positioned at the helm of some of Saskatoon’s top restaurants and bars. Seven years ago Adrian took up residency as acting GM with a focus on creating cocktail + wine programs for The Hollows, Primal Pasta and POP Wine Bar until her recent departure this spring.

Adrian is acknowledged as an industry leader by having connected Saskatoon’s cocktail & wine community throughout her career. Her accolades include a Level 3 WSET Award in Wines, and she continues to develop her knowledge and skills throughout every aspect of the beverage industry.

We are so excited to see what she has in store for our clients!
