Hello!!! It's been a minute since I have used this page. I am in the process of re vamping the page and my business.

I l❤ve good food and serving the fine people of this community so I had to find a way to keep doing what I love! With the help of the amazing Amanda Hanna at Lush Desserts we have found a way.
Amanda is allowing me to cater out of her kitchen!!

I have a pretty busy December with Christmas parties 🥳 but I'm wondering what type of demand there would be for Christmas and new years trays? 🎄🎅🎁

I was thinking of offering 3 or 4 different types of trays avaliable for pre order. I anticipate offering 2 sizes of each tray, a large one and a smaller one.

Meat and cheese tray
Snacking tray
Pinwheel wrap try
Chip and dip tray

In the future I plan to move into offering some grab and go style meals and some freezer meals and soup 😄 as well as private catering 🤩🤗

This post is written with a heavy heart.

Last year I got to see my dreams turn into reality. Club 55 North was years of work and planning and Im so proud of what we were able to do in one short season.

This year has been more like a nightmare, on a global scale. COVID has caused so much heartache and because of it I am unable to move forward this season.

I hope everyone can still enjoy the golfing season and has a great summer. Please stay safe and be kind to one and other.

Big thanks to our local Community Kitchen program. They supplied hand made pasta kits for free to people that wanted them.

It was fun to do and it was truly delicious, the recipe went straight into my book!

Fresh pasta is an effort, but it is so worth it! Might have to invest in the pasta rolling attachment for the KitchenAid

Today was the day. They turned out great, I will make them again for sure!

I have eaten a lot of pad Thai in my days, I lived in Thailand for a year in 2005-2006 and really love Asian and Thai cuisine. However if asked I'd have to say my favorite dish is chicken with cashew on rice and lettuce wraps 🤤

I have the ingredients to try my FAVORITE Thai dessert- sweet mango served on coconut sticky rice. This is so delicious, expect pics and a review when I make it (mangos are a day or 2 away from being ripe)

Toasted English muffin, half an avocado on each side, s&p and a splash of lemon juice, slice of ripe tomato, soft poached egg and a healthy drizzle of balsamic glaze. 🥑🍅🍋🥚

Mom's night be a tad better, but theses were pretty tasty. Especially the creme patissiere 🤤

Decided I needed some spring rolls in my life, because the rainbow rolls were so good 😍

These little gems have ground pork, shredded cabbage and carrot, glass noodles, garlic, coriander and a couple grates of fresh ginger.

Made a few banana ones for dessert 😋 🍌 in brown sugar is wrapped up and fried and then rolled in some cinnamon sugar for good measure.
