Hiring!!!: Video Editor

Job Description
▪︎ Align multiple camera feeds and synchronize external audio input accurately
▪︎ Go through hours of footage to find the best moments to create edited videos
▪︎ Use music to create emotion as part of story-telling process
▪︎ Edit according to project brief and work within assigned deadlines
▪︎ Create title and end screens, add text, transitions and effects as appropriate
▪︎Edit short highlights, long videos, explainer, and social media-style videos
▪︎ Colour correct and grade footage
▪︎ Work on wide range of projects including birthdays, weddings, baby/bridal showers, seminars, launch parties, video series, mini documentaries, and more.

Job Requirements
▪︎ Creativity to keep viewer's highest interest and attention
▪︎ Attention to detail in timing, transitions, pace, placement of music, voice, etc.
▪︎ Intermediate to Advanced skill and experience in Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve, or Premiere Pro
▪︎ Dedication and commitment to quality and excellence
▪︎ Fast computer processor and high speed internet
▪︎ Experience on a wide range of projects
▪︎ Experience as a camera operator is an asset
▪︎ Collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
