NO SETUPS THIS WEEK AND I’M TOTALLY FINE WITH THAT :) 🥰Every so often, it is nice to have a week to recover, re-organize, and breathe! LOL. 🥹Sometimes people don’t realize that when we’re setting up for weddings, we’re also sending out final bills for events happening in two to three weeks and making sure we have everything we need for all our events coming up! It gets to be a lot sometimes and people often ask me “HOW DO YOU KEEP EVERYTHING STRAIGHT?” 🧐I MUST BE METICULOUS, not only with setups but also when it comes to description details in quotes and when ordering what we need for weddings. The little voice inside my head is always saying “THIS IS SOMEBODY’S WEDDING DAY AND WE CANNOT SCREW IT UP.” 💻So, this week will be spent meeting with clients, working on my year end, getting organized for future events, and my wonderful ladies will be organizing our decor items, catching up on laundry, and steaming! 🚤 AND WE ACTUALLY GET A WEEKEND OFF!!! Couple withdrawal… it’s actually a thing! Nowadays we draw on so many personal aspects of a couple to make a wedding special and unique, that I end up getting to know couples quite well. They often share very personal parts of their lives with me in order to make their wedding day more special and I really start to grow a connection with them. And then their big day comes, and I make their vision come to life and they are so grateful. I feel overjoyed that I was able to help make their day everything they envisioned but then BOOM! The wedding’s over and so is our communication. So I can honestly say that I end up missing them! Couple withdrawal is definitely a thing!
