Friday was beautiful 💕 my sister in law got married! My husband and I were both in her bridal party rocking pink, which was so fun! I was her wedding planner, and we had a stellar team of vendors to work with ✨️

On July 1st, our very own Bree married the man of her dreams! I was not only lucky enough to get to coordinate, but I also got to celebrate this magical day ✨️ that means I got to dance!

Over the years Bree has become one of my best friends, she'll always be my baby wedding planner (she was so young when I met her), but our relationship has always been more than just co-workers.

I'm excited to share more of these photos! It was an incredible day thanks to an incredible team of vendors, but of course with Bree planning we knew it was going to be wonderful.

8 years ago today I launched Sprightly Events! This was the main photo I used on my website ❤

I built the site myself. I had no idea how to start a business but I had a degree in event management, a background working in events, basic web design skills, a business license and the biggest passion and drive to make it happen. Plus a lot of faith that people would actually want to work with me 😅

8 years later here we are! A team of 3 now. I'm still learning something new everyday. What I do know is that I have had the pleasure of working with the most incredible couples and people over the last 8 years and still going forward 💕

Thank you to each and every one of you who put your trust in us for your special days. Without you there would be no us.

If you're considering taking a risk but on the fence - remember: You don't need to know everything to get started, you just need to start and figure it out along the way.

May the 4th be with these two as these beautiful humans get married today!!! Yes they chose this date for that reason 🎬

It's a bittersweet day. We've been planning, re-planning and re-planning some more since these two got engaged last year. Their guest list went from 100 to 35 to 10 - but they never once changed their date. I'm so HAPPY today they will say 'I do'.

While I'm sad I can't be there to witness their marriage, I'm still doing everything I can leading up to the ceremony to ensure they are well prepared & stress free.

I look forward to planning their epic celebration party once this is all over and well into the past.

J&B I wish you all the love, happiness and magic today and forever. May the force be with you.

Hello May! What's your go to birthday cake flavour? ⁣

I love May because it's the month of never ending celebrations for our family - including mine. Although they'll look a bit different this year.

We have 5 birthdays and Mothers day - yay ALL the cake! 🎂

Then it USUALLY ends at the start of the heavy wedding season, but maybe not this year...

Cake is cool, ice cream is way better - but you can't have birthday cake without ice cream so its a win win 😏
