Raise Your Spirits - Creative Art Time to let the day go and let your creativity flow, by hosting an online creative art party for fam We are now offering all of the experiences virtually.

While our goal is to bring people together, 2020 has shown us that is not always possible to do in person. Most online events are $11 person and include a materials list, detailed reference guide, and 15-90 minutes of instruction depending on the experience. Message us to book today. Minimum charge for events are $150 in person and $100 online.

Don’t forget some time for crafting a little self care…xo

- Mineral Bath Recipe
Epsom salts will help draw toxins from your muscles, and help you to relax.
Sea Salts add essential minerals to the water, and baking soda is a wonderful, natural way to balance the pH in your system.
1 part epsom salts
1 part aluminium free baking soda
1 part coarse sea salt
Mix 1 cup of the above mixture, with 8-12 drops essential oil. Add the entire cup to your bath.

I feel a pivot coming on! Since 2020 Raise your Spirits has brought the gift of mindfulness into your homes with our pandemic project art parties, at a time when many of our worlds were being turned upside down. 2023 signals a new beginning and we will be again shifting focus hopefully with your collaboration and input! We will be under construction the next while but excited to share a quick article on where our focus will go for the energy to flow!
