The Vancouver Island Dragon Boat Festival is held annually in Victoria, British Columbia, over the first full weekend of August.

Races are held in 20-paddler "Millennium" dragon boats with prizes, medals, awards, & cultural entertainment. The Vancouver Island Dragon Boat Festival is produced by the Fairway Gorge Paddling Club whose race management team has hosted nearly 100 regattas in multiple locations since 2014. Each year FGPC brings thousands of people together for training, kids’ camps, corporate adventures and events
that we produce. FGPC is also the owner/operator of Victoria's Waterfront Fitness facility on the beautiful Gorge waterfront.

Come celebrate FGPC’s decade of service to the paddling community on Friday, 3 May, 2024, at Don Mees, for a fun evening of food, friendship and fun at our 10th anniversary dinner and fundraising event.
Friends, family, supporters, past members and anyone else with an association to our club are invited.
All proceeds raised will go toward FGPC’s equipment fund.
It’s all part of a great celebratory weekend at FGPC, and we’d love to see you there.
