Back with our favourite friends this weekend for CHRISTMAS DOWN THE LANE! Enjoy hot drinks, mini doughnuts, fire pits and more! This is a free family event so come on down and eat some delicious BBQ while you pick out your perfect tree, visit the animals, and check out the beautiful hand tied wreaths.
From 10-5 on Saturday and Sunday.

It's happening!!
Tonight we will be hosting a house concert at our place!
3064 Upper Slocan Park Rd.
The ever so talented Ryland Moranz is on tour and will be here tonight to warp us back to a time when time moved a bit slower. And shred a banjo of course!
Nicholas Johnson aka Barbeapapa will be warming up the stage around 6:30pm as well as a visit from the one and only Mr.Dr.Brotherman to get our booties boogeying a bit as well at the end!
Oh My Lard will be here around 5:30pm with an assortment of their delicious menu items for sale.

Looking for a winter CSA box? Our lovely organic pig suppliers from beautiful Glade, Skatteboo Acres, are also amazing lettuce and micro green producers! We love them so much we wanted to share their CSA box info below with our Valley Community. Please see info below!
The winter CSA is delivered every second week to Glade, Nelson, Castlegar, Trail, Slocan Valley and everywhere in between.
The Winter CSA includes:
- four 3oz+ bags of fresh lettuce
- three 2oz+ bags of microgreens
This year we are running for 14 weeks (7 deliveries) from the first week of November to the end of January.
Investment for the 2024-2025 winter season is $394 when you pay via etransfer or cash. Paypal payment through our website will include a 3% paypal surcharge. Spots are secured by payment on a first come first serve basis.

History of Oh My Lard
In the summer of 2015, Oh My Lard began slinging BBQ grub from a refurbished shipping container and a 50 gallon barrel BBQ on Dundas Street West in Toronto, Ontario. With the goal of creating some of the best tasting BBQ in the city, patrons flocked to the sidewalk destination day after day to get their fingers dirty and devour BBQ ribs, chicken, burgers, pulled pork, street corn and more.
In 2018, Oh My Lard decided to make a change and take the BBQ life mobile with the purchase of a 13 foot, double-barrelled, tow-along rig that can feed a couple hundred folks at a time. Now instead of making your way down to Dundas West, you can bring the BBQ to you.
Owner Kirk Massicotte and his partner Charlotte are passionate about BBQ, family, and a seriously good time. As a seasoned cook who has worked in the Toronto restaurant scene for over 10 years, Kirk is serious about his ingredients and his process. Oh My Lard is careful to use organic, hormone-free and antibiotic-free meats with the help of their trusted butcher, Matthew Cumphries.
