On Saturday we catered to over 600 guests at Robbie Burns dinners. Piping in the Haggis is the beginning of the formal ceremony of the Address to the Haggis. This is where the star attraction of the Burns Supper arrives – the Haggis!

Our tasting today was a great success! Mouth watering even! An assortment of salads, cheese tortellini with mushroom sauce, prime rib with roasted potatoes, falafels, and glazed salmon with rice pilaf. No drooling!

Join them on Saturday, January 25th for their Annual Fundraiser – a special evening of entertainment, silent auction and traditional Burns supper, in celebration of Robert Burns at the Mary Winspear Centre in Sidney, BC. Coming Soon! Highland Games & Celtic Festival, May 20 and 21 at Topaz Park. Starts with a Tartan Parade on May 13th. We are serving haggis & gravy, scotch pies & beans, & bacon baps at the Concession at the Craigflower Community Centre. This beautiful, circular, one-storey Centre, on 3 acres of waterfront, features a 4,500 square foot main hall with a unique Celtic Knot beam ceiling and full sprung hardwood dance floor. and we are one of the two exclusive caterers! See you there!

The main event for the Victoria Highland Games Association is the annual Highland Games & Celtic Festival.
