Here we go! We can finally share some incredibly exciting news. Our debut feature film ‘Do I Know You From Somewhere?’ will have its World Premiere at TIFF

We’re thrilled to represent Atlantic Canada and New Brunswick on the global stage in the Discovery Programme at TIFF. Our team put in a tremendous amount of work to create a bold and moving film here in our home province.

They face a bittersweet choice — embrace newfound joy or cling to a fading connection before they lose each other forever. Screening and ticket information will be announced soon, so stay tuned!

‘Do I Know You From Somewhere?’ was supported by the Telefilm Canada Talent to Watch Program and Arts Culture NB. The film was also made with the participation of the New Brunswick Filmmakers' Co-op.

It is the ✨ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY✨ of the first day of filming of DO I KNOW YOU FROM SOMEWHERE?

From post production to festival submissions… It has been a wild ride! We have learned so much along the way. We have been working hard to champion this movie across New Brunswick, Canada, and the world.

We wanted to take a break from the hard work to look back at how much FUN we had making this movie with all of you. Filmmaking in NB is certainly a one-of-a-kind experience. And we wouldn’t have wanted to make this movie anywhere else!

After one whole year, our gratitude has never faded for everyone who helped on this massive project.

We are excited to share some major news with you very soon! 👀

✈️🇫🇷 We are heading to Cannes!

Producers from the four Atlantic Provinces were selected to further enhance the promotion of coproduction, joint-financing, distribution and development opportunities between screen industry producers in the Atlantic Provinces and those internationally. The mission will enhance the group’s knowledge of working with producers on an international scale.

We are excited to represent New Brunswick, and hope to bring back tools to help grow the amazing film industry that we have here!

Post Production completed for 'Happy Campers' stop-motion short film! 📣

It’s been a long road that has included a pandemic, a pregnancy (and subsequent baby and toddler) a wedding, a feature film, starting a business, and countless other life events that loved to pop up when this film would just start showing some momentum.

I learned a lot about animation over the past couple of years and thanks to the funding received through artsnb and the Jane LeBlanc Legacy Fund, I was able to work on post-production on the film for the past year. Every step of the process has been a time-consuming, laborious endeavour—but I truly enjoyed the meticulous nature of the film. I’m excited for audiences to see the film in the near future!

Also, thank you to the New Brunswick Filmmakers' Co-op and artsnb for their support.

This past weekend, we premiered our latest short film "Out Of Body Out of Mind" at the 2023 Silver Wave Film Festival!

We’re so honoured to have been nominated for screenwriting and to have won the award for Best New Brunswick Short. We want to thank everyone who worked on the film and we’re so grateful for the vibrant film community here in our home province.

This was our first time working with Zachary Greer and the life he brought to the project with his music was truly something to behold. Somehow creepy, magical, AND poignant, the film wouldn’t have been the same without his wonderful score.

This was our third time working with both Tania Breen and Ryan Barton and it’s always a joy to get to collaborate with them. They’re two of the most generous, down-to-earth people we know and we know it’s always going to be a fun time on set when they’re around.

Oh and Gordon was nominated for acting and sound design.

See you at the movies!
