Some people spend so much of their time complaining about things on the Internet that they never have time to go out and enjoy life.

I like to keep a healthy balance between the two!

Monday is April Fools Day.

We thought we should get Kennedys April's schedule out a day or two early as it is almost too good to be true. If we announced next month's lineup on Monday, you would tihink it was just a gag.

Spring is a time for celebration and rebirth. Come join us to imerse ourselves in the joy and hope that a bright new season brings!

We have collected some of our most popular bands to get the season started, so mark your calendars, dust off your dancing shoes, and encourage your friends and family to come celebrate with you!

Great news!

What an exciting January of Live Music this has been so far at Kennedy's Pub in North Delta, and it's ain't stopping anytime soon!

So far this month we have presented Stubborn Buffalo, The Brian Zalo Mix, Rev'd Band, One And A Half Band, Mood Therapy (new to Kennedy's) and The Valley Band. All to great reviews!

This weekend we add two more powerhouse Rock Dance Bands, Vinyl Street (new to Kennedy's) and IConIX returns again this year.

Friday show start at 7:30pm and go until 11:30pm so you can zip home after work, gather your friends and head out for dinner and a well deserved night of dancing. Come check out a new-to-us band and let us know what you think.

Saturday show starts 1/2 hour later at 8:00pm and goes until Midnight for the dedicated late night dance party crowd!

We hope you can take some time to come and party with us. Your support allows us to bring in some of the best bands in the lower mainland with NO COVER CHARGE.

Bring your friends. Bring your party. Bring your dancing boots!

We hope to see you there!

Out at Kennedy’s Pub in North Delta tonight and saw Rev’d Band’s show! It was great!

Rev, Ciaran, Mike and Nando put on a very entertaining show with a good mixture of great popular hits from the past, including some that you don’t get to hear that often anymore. Carly got up and sang a few powerhouse songs which made the evening even better!

Rev’d is back at Kennedy’s on Saturday July 22, 2023, and you can always check out their site to see where they will be performing before that.

The dance floor was busy and the food and atmosphere was great, as always!

The top floor of Elton’s huge stage had two drum stations. On the left was a large orchestra Kettle like kit and on the right, a percussion station. This second story level was the domain of renowned percussionist Ray Cooper who has been appearing on Sir Elton John’s stage for over 4 decades!

On the main floor of the stage there were two more drum kits.

The double kick set, in the middle of the stage, featuring Nigel Olsen, who has basically been with Elton from the beginning, and the single kick featuring John Mahon on the right of the stage.

Back behind Elton’s grand piano, on the left side of the lower level was Elton’s phenomenal accompanying keyboardist Kim Ballard, who was the only non singer of the group.

Davey John, the tour’s musical director and the only guitarist, filled out the band.

And of course Sir Elton John on the grand piano! His piano sat on a movable platform that could move across the stage. Elton began the show on the left side of the stage and switched partway through the show to the right hand side of the stage, only to return to the left later in the show.

The huge video components allowed folks like us, on the other side of BC Place’ arena, feel close up and personal. The smoke and extensive lighting crews were timed to perfection!

All in all this was a great tour that allowed Elton to say farewell to all of his fans!
