I know wedding planners or day of coordinators are not always the first vendor you think of booking, but if there is one thing I would recommend is to do your research and look into the support we offer before deciding you don't need us.

Read the reviews on our website and on Google. See what people have to say about their experience. Think about what is most important to you on your wedding day.

Yes, a wedding planner is an investment. By investing in us you are investing in yourself, so you can feel confident in your budget, in your vendor selection, in your design concept, in your timeline (just to name a few things), and, most importantly, so you can enjoy and be present on your wedding day.

Just saying...we are worth it.

"My husband said it the best. Of all the things we spent money on for the wedding, he could not understand the value of Chantal. He had trepidation about why we would hire someone and spend the money when I had planned so much of it myself. I kept telling him there was value in what she did and he would see it eventually. He just needed to give her time.

It took one video call with Chantal for him to turn to me and say "I get it." She went above and beyond his expectations and even to the point where he commented about how, of all the services we paid for, hers was by far the best choice we made."

This is why you should hire a planner. You may be very organized, very creative, very type A and that is great. We are not here to take that away from you. We are here to support you and to make sure you are the guest of honour at your own wedding. You cannot do it all. Hire a professional to take care of your wedding day for you.

Welcome to CC Weddings and Events!

If you are reading this you are considering working with me on one of the most significant days of your life. Thank you! I am honoured that you are thinking of hiring me. Working with someone you trust and you can collaborate with is really important, so here is an opportunity to get to know me before you take the next step in planning your wedding.

I have been working in events for over ten years. These have ranged from academic events and conferences, to weddings and festivals. I have a BAH and MA in art history from Queen’s University and completed a diploma in event management certified by the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2016 while living in the UK.

During my time in the UK I had the amazing opportunity to work on Pride in London, particularly as a liaison between Prides throughout the UK and towards creating an accessible Pride for all. In 2016 we achieved Silver Certification at our first attempt with Attitude is Everything.
