At the 2 Rivers Remix Society, where we're dedicated to producing free live and streamed contemporary indigenous music and culture events. We're currently seeking a Video Team Leader to join our team for the 2024 season.

As the Video Team Leader, you'll be instrumental in capturing and streaming the captivating performances of our indigenous culture concerts. You'll play a crucial role in sharing the richness and diversity of indigenous traditions with audiences worldwide.

Responsibilities:

Lead the video production team, ensuring smooth ex*****on of all filming and streaming activities.
Collaborate closely with event organizers, artists, and technical staff to develop a comprehensive filming schedule that captures the essence of each concert.

Oversee all aspects of video production, including camera setup, lighting, audio recording, and post-production editing.
Coordinate with streaming platforms and technical partners to optimize streaming quality and address any technical issues during live broadcasts.

Manage a team of videographers, editors, and production assistants, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
Ensure equipment inventory, maintenance, and transportation logistics are well-managed for each concert location.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in video production and streaming to enhance the audience's viewing experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience in video production, especially in live event coverage or concert filming.

Proficiency in operating professional video and audio equipment.
Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and inspire the team.

Respect for indigenous cultures and a commitment to ethical representation in video production.

Willingness to travel and work irregular hours to accommodate the festival's touring schedule.

Knowledge of indigenous languages, traditions, and customs is a plus.
