Flower arches have been the standard when it comes to ceremony setups but there are so many other options that can be even more versatile than an arch.

This wedding was supposed to take place outdoors but it was easy to set this up indoors and repurpose them after the ceremony.

When you are planning your wedding flowers remember arches can’t always be moved but designs like this can be your backdrop the whole day.

When couples request cake flowers, I always suggest flowers around the cake instead of flowers on the cake.

The bride also enlisted the amazing Diana at @sweetstopos. The cake design was simply gorgeous and the flowers complimented the design. The flowers didn’t take over the cake.

When decorating the ceremony space with flowers just make sure you think about flowers that are easily moved or transported so that they can be reused at a different part of the wedding.

Arbor flowers are hard to repurposed. This is especially true when your arbor is heavy and cannot be moved. The positioning of the flowers faces your guests and will look totally off when you place those flowers on the tables.
_
Opt for floating arbors or floral meadows that can be moved easily. I have an inventory of arbors and stands that can work if repurposing is your jam.

No really here are my reasons:
1. FAMILY: I choose to a business to design my life around my family. They are my priority. So for me to work on a wedding, it has to be worth my time to be away from family.
2. TIME: it takes time to work in over aspect of a wedding especially floristry. This starts from the consultation to the proposal to the mood-board and ordering process. Then the actual work of filling buckets, cleaning and processing flowers, cleaning vessels, designing flowers and finally delivering the final pieces on the wedding day.
3. EXPERIENCE: I have worked on hundreds of weddings and events. This has taught me not only how to design, but also how to work effectively and produce reliable work for my clients.
4. FREELANCERS: Most of the weddings I work on require hiring a team. These additional designers work at my studio and onsite and they need to be taken care of.
5. VALUE: After working on hundreds of weddings, I have come to realize the value that I bring as a designer.
6. CLIENTS: I have also found that implementing a minimum spend saves me from price shoppers. Since I implemented minimum spends, I have seen a difference in my client base. They love flowers, trust me and value what I bring to the table.
