This was definitely one for the books... ✨️

SAXENAS was honored to curate these individual charcuterie boxes for a reputable brand NARS event at Sephora, treating their employees. 200 boxes later, they got to indulge in artisanal flavors and curated delights that were carefully crafted with a selection of locally sourced gourmet crackers, meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, honey tubes, olives, pakoras, samosas, and treats.

Special shout out to the following small local businesses... Norcinico for the cured meats, Frosty Sweets Niagara for the cookies, Bazaar Istanbul Niagara for the chickpeas, Everest Tandoori Kitchen for the samosas, pakoras, and chutneys... to name a few!

Indian | Hakka | Nepali Cuisine

One of the most defining characters in Nepal and Indian culture is hospitality. They have a common saying "Atithi Devo Bhava" meaning "Guest are form of God" They believe the best food has an ingredient of love and knowledge. They specialize in authentic North Indian cuisine, Hakka fusion menus, and authentic Nepalese traditional cuisines (which was found in my the owners' mothers' kitchen) using organic Himalayan spices and herbs!!!

Highly recommend!

SAXENAS showcases their tasty eats in charcuterie orders!

For a vegan option, we incorporated vegetable pakoras and vegetable samosas, with tamarind chutney and mint cilantro chutney... 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
