Our current Featured Grilled Cheese - "The Seoul Man"

We braised pork shoulder in a blend of gochujang, ssamjang, and our housemade chicken broth until it could be shredded by hand.

Then we used the reserved braising liquids and reduced them with more gochujang and some honey to create a velvety BBQ Sauce thats sweet with just a touch of heat.

Topped off with chopped kimchi and aged white cheddar, this is the perfect grilled cheese for a chilly day.

Our brand new Fall/Winter 2024 menu has arrived!

We made the tough choice of saying goodbye to a few items from our original lineup, but at the same time, we've added some customer favourites that started out as features, and we're really excited about having them join our permanent menu.

SOUP DU JOUR:

SWEET POTATO BISQUE
with Roasted Pumpkin Seeds & Sage Cream

According our calendar, "It's Fall, Ya'll!" — the weather doesn't seem quite as convinced, but I'm sure those brisk days are just around the corner.

To celebrate the official beginning of soup season, we've whipped up this comforting classic using smokey-maple roasted sweet potatoes blended with our housemade vegetable stock and a big splash of rich cream.

This soup pairs well with absolutely any sandwich on the menu, so come grab a cup while you can!
