Mother's Day Offerings from The Boreal Florist
In addition to our regular retail tulips on Friday & Saturday (see our last post for more details on those), we're offering a limited number of pre-order florals for Mother's Day this year. These offerings will be exclusive to pre-orders (no in-store shopping options), and will be available to pick up on Saturday, May 9th at Black Barn Mercantile.
Pre-orders will be up on my website tomorrow, Wednesday May 6th at noon, and will remain up so long as supplies last.
You'll be able to choose from two options: first off, an 18-stem specialty tulip bouquet (fully Yukon-grown), which will come beautifully wrapped in colourful waxed tissue paper and our signature hand-stamped bouquet wrap. This is perfect for someone who has a house full of vases and values sustainability over everything else, or someone who really loves tulips. Our second offering is an artisan arrangement full of lovely BC-grow florals and hand-crafted sculptural grasses. This comes arranged and wrapped in a vessel with water, the perfect option for easy gifting to busy parents, and my suggestion for that stylish mum who wears really cool sunglasses and has coffee table books on interior design or architecture.
