Thank you to CKLW and John for an amazing interview, and time shared this morning with June and myself, we can't wait for this Monday. What a great way to kick off the week of INTERNATIONAL CHEFS DAY, over 75 volunteer students from our public board will be serving up pasta alongside our CFWindsor Chefs, local restaurants and culinary participants ❣️

Team work makes the Dream work. One team, one goal 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🎉🎉🎉 and this proud Tecumseh girl was a part of it all!

🇨🇦Our National Team ranked 6th overall in the World!

We are coming home with a Gold medal 🥇 for our Restaurant of Nations and a Silver medal 🥈 for our Chef’s Table.

I started with the National Management team in 2020, four years of dedication and perseverance for all team management and team members from being away from home, all the practicing, the fundraising, the sacrifices from our family and work time, it was not easy for any of us and our families! But everything was so worth it. 4 years' efforts are finally paid off! The wishes were made, and the dream came true!

🥰Thank you to all who supported me personally and our National Team's World Olympic journey, we share this with each of you...and this “Mother of Dragons” can't wait to celebrate with my family and friends, and yes, definitely a great way to celebrate the Year of the Dragon!
