Our 11” x 14” shadowboxes are the perfect option for smaller bouquets or if you’re just wanting a sampling of your bouquet framed.

Regardless of frame size or bouquet size you’ll almost always be sent home with a few leftovers since not all flowers will dry or press perfectly and most of the time there’s far too much greenery to fit in the frame when going from three dimensional bouquet to a 2D composition.

We have made the decision to not open 2024 for pre-booked fresh bouquet preservations. This decision has been made with a lot of thought over the past few months as I worked to find a balance between having a family, managing this growing business and working as an interior designer. This business has grown more rapidly than I could have imagined and as a mom, there is nothing harder than trying to balance and manage it all. It has come time put more focus, time and energy into our young family.

Although we will not be accepting pre-booked fresh bouquets for 2024 we will periodically be opening spaces for air dried bouquets and some fresh bouquets throughout the year on a first come first serve basis. We will announce these when we have capacity. Simply hang your bouquet upside down to dry after your day and hang onto it until we open bookings. We’ll be sure to announce on here and on our website when we have availability.

Thank you to each and everyone of you who have made Once Bloomed so successful over the past two years. I couldn't have imagined it would turn into what it has today and I have each of you to thank for that. Although we are pressing pause for the moment, we are excited to open again for fresh preservations in the future.

We’re finally taking a chance to relax this summer and won’t be accepting any fresh bouquets during August 19-26.

We’d love to have you air dry your bouquet for us to press and frame at a later date if you are getting married during this next week.

All inquiries must be sent through our website inquiry form. All inquiry emails will be responded to after the 26th. Current brides please email if you have any questions relating to your order!

Here’s a little recap of what this summer has looked like on our end:

- 110 weddings 🤯
- Busiest weekend was 9 bouquets
- Bouquets every weekend since April
- Farthest bouquet shipment was from BC

As we get further into wedding season we’re seeing lots of our weekends fully booked. If we happen to be fully booked for your date we’d be more than happy to have you air dry your bouquet for us to hydrate and press at a later date!

We only have a certain number of presses and shadowboxes available per weekend so we do suggest booking as soon as possible. August has some availability still while September is almost closed!

Even if your bouquet will be more monochromatic ask your florist to add variety in other aspects such as different flower sizes, textures, fillers and multiple greenery types so your bouquet (& frame!) will have a variety of elements to make it more dynamic.
