I am offering my services to help prepare family weekly meals or to help prepare for an event you may have planned.

I also do bbq and smoker detailed deep cleaning and maintenance. I have over 25 yrs in food industry and owned 2 restaurants Some of my clients have me prep and prepare meals for guests or weekly family preperation or hire me to help understand basic food safety and techniques.I have a background in food services and have worked and managed many departments in all types of restaurants.I have als

o owned and operated 2 restaurants in Alberta near Jasper.From grilling to gourmet. My styles of cooking range from my learning Caribbean cuisine from when I lived there as well as other ethnic favorites.Even your favorite homemade comfort foods can all be prepared in the comfort of your home. If your bbq or smoker needs a good cleaning I also provide detailed cleaning.Will clean burner tubes as well as steam clean and degrease. I am available in Winnipeg,LOTW and anywhere.

4 hrs on the kettle with some cherry wood.Wrap and into oven for an hour and onto the gas grill to caramelize the homemade bourbon bbq glaze.Like them firm but meat easily comes off the bones.
