I have just bought myself an early xmas pressy! The new Canon EOS M, a wee miniature version DSLR camera, perfect to taking on holidays! Rather than my big cumbersome cameras perfect for weddings etc! I am so excited, its so cool, cute, and has a touch screen! Loving it!!!

Did my lower back in photographing garments on a mannequin on Friday - could hardly move yesterday morning. Thankgoodness with lots of anti-inflamatory balm, drugs, stretches, and a lot of faith, I managed to be without pain, spasms and stiffness for the whole entire wedding!! Feeling it again today though, but thats ok!!

Did a beautiful wedding yesterday - Stephanie and Ryan's, at The Vineyards in Tai Tapu... Beautiful wedding and wonderful to see so many familiar faces from the past! Photographed Steph's older sister Lynette's wedding 10 yrs ago, and was such an honour to be the only choice for Stephanie's wedding! Very blessed!! The parents reminded me that I have been the only photographer - family, dancing, graduation and weddings! Was a great day, and the weather was just perfect!!!

They also were very impressed with their makeup artist Marissa Waddington, and celebrant Julie Lassen!!! And why wouldn't they be. The makeup was fab, all girls photographed flawlessly, and the service was intimate and special! Well done us!!!

Photographed a lovely wedding in Ashburton yesterday! Very hot and windy. Groom was the younger brother of an old friend/colleague of mine, so was lovely catching up with the family again! Was like yesterday even though its been over 20yrs!!! Small world....

Another fab day at the expo!! Met up with so many old friends and clients!! Was quite a social weekend and meeting new contacts too!! Got to check out many awesome exhibits too!! Pleased to have my feet up now!! Peacock promotions did a fab job organizing this event!! Hope all that came had a great time!!

Had a fab busy day at expo today!! Met some great people and had a fun day!! Sore feet though!! Bring it on tomorrow! If you want a great day out and some fab shopping, come to the women's expo tomorrow 10-5. CBS arena. Great food, wine, clothes, gifts etc lots on offer!!
