Braised in potato with mustard, filled with a farce and rolled and coated with herb breading. Maize in different varieties and also the field meadow with the flowers and herbs belong on the menu.

Eleven months ago I served this incomplete dish at the 2021, out of nervousness I forgot a garnish in the oven. Mistakes happen and you should learn from them.

The adventure was great, for me it was the wrong time in the situation with the virus and the resulting economic situation and changes. Nevertheless, I thank the organizers and friends for the great cooperation, maybe see you in a few years. I will be back! 🏆
