Mid-June, we organized a big summer party for one of our clients. 🏀 We offered the immersive and contemporary world of the Olympic Games. 430 guests enjoyed themselves on various sports stands, as if they were in the sports villages of the Olympic Games. It was a unique setting and we suggested fun activities to satisfy all guests, not forgetting the incredible buffet that delighted every taste bud. With a sunny weather, guests were able to spend the evening outside in a warm atmosphere, accompanied by a DJ all night long.

Throwback on a busy month of January, we would like to share one impressive event with more than 500 guests! This international corporate seminar week took place in the iconic Palais des Papes in Avignon, France. The program was balanced between work sessions and team activities.
Different themes were imagined for evenings parties and adapted to all venues. The secret of the venue was well hidden until guests from all over the world discovered it upon their arrival.
We love to create these kinds of stunning events for our guests!

Welcome to Winter Wonderland ! What an enchanting, magical end-of-year corporate party we organized end of December!

Guests were immersed in this universe throughout the evening, with amazing decorations, top-notch artists and incredible lighting.

We would like to thank our client for their trust and once again our suppliers for their high-quality work.

Last Thursday, we organized a winter party for over 440 guests in Geneva. The theme was Back to the Future, and we transformed the entire dining area, putting up prints on the walls and creating a futuristic atmosphere.
The evening unfolded in several stages, starting with the aperitif area, which had a 90s feel to it, with a typical American bar, flippers and arcade games. Guests were then invited to travel back in time through a lighted tunnel with sound to discover the massive futuristic decor of the dinner area. We used many elements to create a special atmosphere, such as the iconic Delorean from the film, plants everywhere, lights and table decorations.

We would like to thank our client for their trust, and our suppliers for their efforts and the magical work they did to make this evening possible.

At the beginning of December, we organized the first Real Estate Gala, organized by Geneva's IEI (Institut des Etudes Immobilières) and sponsored by some generous main players in Geneva’s real estate environment. The aim was to bring together all the players in the sector and hold a graduation ceremony for the successful students.

The evening included a cocktail reception, speeches and comedy performances. The evening took place in the incredible Ariana Museum with over 250 guests, and all the lighting enhanced the venue and created a unique atmosphere for this private special evening.

Last week, we organized the bi-yearly congress of the GRSSGO (Groupement Romand de la Société Suisse de Gynécologie et Obstétrique) which gather over 400 attendees and 36 exhibitors in Morges.

As past years, the 2 days’ program included various plenary sessions for HCPs and Midwives and as well as a hands-on Workshop.

We thank again the GRSSGO Committee for their continuous trust.

Beginning of October, we welcomed guests to a newly-built building in the commune of Plan-les-Ouates, which had not yet been fitted out, and we transformed it from scratch for this magnificent evening which welcomed more than 550 people.

There was one official conference part at the beginning with very special guests. After, we invited guests to move to the cocktail area to enjoy a nice cocktail dinner with jazzy sound and warm atmosphere.

We want to thank the Fondation pour les Terrains Industriels de Genève (FTI) for their continuous trust!

Throwback on the Fête des Ecoles in Geneva which happened at the beginning of the summer in partnership with Ville de Genève

The theme this year was the four elements!

We are so proud to be part of this yearly event and to create a magical week for all the kids in the city with new adventures and fantastic animations for the second year now!

Last week in Chamonix, 200 French HCPs and Faculty participated in this yearly scientific congress on Fertility.
We organized all logistics from accommodation, transportation, F&B and AV.

Quality of the scientific program and flawless organization are keys to success.

Few weeks ago, we organized a corporate summer party in a very renowned domain in Geneva with over 550 guests.
We decorated the place on the Dolce Vita theme, with many animations.
We had the chance to work with a very tasty Italian caterer with high quality food stands to please all cravings.

The room was plunged in a very nice atmosphere for giving the best experience to the guests.

Last day of one of our favorite Medical European Congresses where we coordinated the participation of one of our loyal customers.

We did accommodate the group in a brand new hotel in Copenhagen, organized dinners and lunches, managed HCPs’ participation with flights and transfers and kept the team smiling while facing the challenges imposed by the airline industry cancelling flights over the weekend.

❄️Throwback to Courchevel where we organised the annual medical congress for one of our faithful clients.

During 3 days, more than 200 expert surgeons coming from all over the world shared their experience and knowledge in a friendly and warm atmosphere. The delegates could enjoy the congress dinner in a high-altitude restaurant.

To conclude this year’s edition, we invited the Swiss Explorer Raphael Domjan who completed the first-round the-world trip using solar energy for a very inspiring talk on sustainable solutions.

It was a very successful meeting and we look forward to organising the 2024 edition!

Here we are, time has flown! It has been a year full of good energy and awesome projects. We are so happy to have been back onsite after two years of uncertainty.

Last week we’ve been in charge of a two-day meeting in Geneva for one of our clients who wanted to gather its top European talents. The goal of this meeting was to connect and network and to broaden business acumen.

We suggested an original evening on with a dining cocktail with social networking activities including a photobooth challenge and a digital wall fresco.
The second day was dedicated to internal presentations and special keynote speaker on the topic of ‘Inclusive Leadership & Everyday Inclusion’. This year-end forum was entirely branded for this occasion.

Last week we were in Montreux at the 2M2C as the core PCO for the medical association GRSSGO and their annual two-day congress, “Journées d’Automne”. We registered 420 participants, including 96 online, and 38 exhibitors.

Such a hybrid congress enhances exchanges between the attendees, speakers and exhibitors onsite. It also enabled online participants to keep up with the latest developments in their field, while watching from home or on the go. The GRSSGO rewarded four winners for their proposed communications, posters or videos.

We already look forward to March 2023 for the “Journée de Printemps” in Lausanne !

Throwback on an event in Belgium, end of September. This seminar was designed primarily for technical professionals (R&D, production) and managers that were relatively new to the industry, or wanted to refresh their knowledge with the latest developments. Clients were coming from Europe, Africa & Asia and we completed their stay with a nice hotel and restaurants as well as the visit of the city.

We’re delighted to have partnered with the City of Geneva to provide scenography and entertainment for the Fête des écoles, a two-day celebration that concludes the year for about 7500 primary school students. This year’s theme, the sea, was very inspirational for us and also a great opportunity to raise awareness among young “sailors” about protecting the oceans. The enchanted alleys of Parc des Bastions were populated by sailor acrobats, real-life pirates, jugglers, and performers in jellyfish and deep-sea diver costumes. Further, we featured a creative sea-themed yoga session, kids’ fish colorings that came to life on a screen, a “message in a bottle” workshop with Oceaneye Geneva, or a giant playful challenge to “save” Billy the red fish. Hip hop dancers from Paris rocking the dancefloor, 70’s live music for parents, and an amazing and fascinating sound and light show from the abyssal depths rounded off this year’s event. So challenging and rewarding! We sincerely thank the City for its trust.

The « Vitalis Days » tradition : 3-4 days together in a special place to reload our legendary team spirit and talk about future projects. We just came back from Zermatt, home of the Matterhorn, where we had an action-packed program, with the right mix of adrenaline, relaxation, and good food. From a full day E-mountainbike trip, with a gastronomic lunch at a secret alpine spot, to a long hike around glaciers and lakes at 3100 meters, we were spoiled.
