We are grateful to have had the opportunity to organize for the second year in a row the Gala de l'Immobilier, which gathers around 280 major real estate stakeholders in Geneva. This year we sourced for this prestigious event the Grand Théâtre, one of Geneva's most emblematic venue.

Following the official part including the yearly graduation ceremony and the speech from a member of the Geneva State Council, the evening continued with a cocktail reception, opera musical interludes and other entertainment.

Thank you and for your renewed trust. We already look forward to the 2025 edition !

🏘️ For this third edition of the annual FTI event (Fondation des Terrains Immobiliers de Genève) , which welcomed 450 guests in Geneva, we once again invested in and imagined the scenography of the event in a very raw building, not even finished.

A total layout was planned for the evening, which took place in two stages: an official part, followed by the cocktail reception with some entertainment.
The event featured some rather original animations, including an Artificial Intelligence area animated by a professional, as well as an audio guestbook for guests to leave their impressions.

We organized a surprise birthday party in a very intimate circle for our private client. The challenge was to transform the house in one day, and organized all things in total secret with our partners in barely a month.
Challenge accepted by our team and the house was totally decorated and enhanced with lots of flowers and lights. The evening began with a cocktail in a heated outdoor tent, a seated dinner, and a special party underground.
We are so pleased to have created this moment full of emotions & love, and we thank our client for its entire trust during the project.

For the 8th consecutive year, we were delighted to organize a standalone medical congress for our loyal client, which this year took place in Marseille. We privatized a hotel for the occasion.

This two days event brought together 170 participants with expertise in women's health.

Vitalis Events is happy to support Pharma and Medtech Companies with managing their HCPs travels, accommodation, dinners and congress registrations according to compliance and country regulations.

It was a challenge we were thrilled to take on. The company entrusted us with organizing their 50th anniversary celebration in their own offices. We completely redesigned the space, moving desks and computers to create a festive atmosphere with an Italian caterer, a dance floor and other various entertainments.

We hosted a Dolce vita themed private party in September. Over 6 months of planning and a team of 50 people helped create this unforgettable evening for 193 guests. Highlights included a cocktail bar, Vespa photocall, italian live cooking and food, champagne wall and a special performance by Patrick 🍋

Mid-June, we organized a big summer party for one of our clients. 🏀 We offered the immersive and contemporary world of the Olympic Games. 430 guests enjoyed themselves on various sports stands, as if they were in the sports villages of the Olympic Games. It was a unique setting and we suggested fun activities to satisfy all guests, not forgetting the incredible buffet that delighted every taste bud. With a sunny weather, guests were able to spend the evening outside in a warm atmosphere, accompanied by a DJ all night long.

Throwback on a busy month of January, we would like to share one impressive event with more than 500 guests! This international corporate seminar week took place in the iconic Palais des Papes in Avignon, France. The program was balanced between work sessions and team activities.
Different themes were imagined for evenings parties and adapted to all venues. The secret of the venue was well hidden until guests from all over the world discovered it upon their arrival.
We love to create these kinds of stunning events for our guests!

Welcome to Winter Wonderland ! What an enchanting, magical end-of-year corporate party we organized end of December!

Guests were immersed in this universe throughout the evening, with amazing decorations, top-notch artists and incredible lighting.

We would like to thank our client for their trust and once again our suppliers for their high-quality work.

Last Thursday, we organized a winter party for over 440 guests in Geneva. The theme was Back to the Future, and we transformed the entire dining area, putting up prints on the walls and creating a futuristic atmosphere.
The evening unfolded in several stages, starting with the aperitif area, which had a 90s feel to it, with a typical American bar, flippers and arcade games. Guests were then invited to travel back in time through a lighted tunnel with sound to discover the massive futuristic decor of the dinner area. We used many elements to create a special atmosphere, such as the iconic Delorean from the film, plants everywhere, lights and table decorations.

We would like to thank our client for their trust, and our suppliers for their efforts and the magical work they did to make this evening possible.

At the beginning of December, we organized the first Real Estate Gala, organized by Geneva's IEI (Institut des Etudes Immobilières) and sponsored by some generous main players in Geneva’s real estate environment. The aim was to bring together all the players in the sector and hold a graduation ceremony for the successful students.

The evening included a cocktail reception, speeches and comedy performances. The evening took place in the incredible Ariana Museum with over 250 guests, and all the lighting enhanced the venue and created a unique atmosphere for this private special evening.
