Dragi gurmanzi,

Anul acesta de sarbatori, comenzile vor putea fi preluate direct de la bucataria noastra din Stein am Rhein (in timpul zilei) sau din Zurich, Seebach. (seara). Pentru cei care nu pot sa vina la cele doua adrese, avem posibilitatea de a trimite comanda si prin Posta. Am reusit sa punem la punct un sistem prin care mancarea sa ajunga la dumneavoastra in conditii de maxima siguranta alimentara.

Cum functioneaza:
• Costul livrarii prin posta: 10.00 chf pe pachet.
• Livrarile se fac Martea, Miercurea si Joia.
• Mancarea este gatita proaspat, racita rapid la Shock Freezer, ambalata in caserole inchise ermetic, si trimise prin posta in cutii termo-izolante cu gheata, care pastreaza mancarea rece ca intr-un frigider pana la 48 de ore. Pachetul va fi trimis prin serviciul Swiss PostPac Priority in jur de ora 18:00 si va ajunge a doua zi intre 12:00 si 17:00.
• Mancarea poate fi incalzita la microunde direct in caserola, sau transferata intr-un alt recipient si incalzita la cuptor sau intr-o tigaie pe aragaz. Mancarea pe care nu o consumati pe loc, va sfatuim sa o puneti imediat la frigider. Aceasta are valabilitate de pana la 5 zile din momentul primirii, daca ramane in ambalajul inchis ermetic.
• Impachetarea mancarii in caserole ermetice cat si racirea ei la shock feezer previn dezvoltarea microorganismelor si ajuta la mentinerea prospetimii, calitatii, texturii, gustului si aspectului acesteia.
Comenzile se iau pana pe data de 18 Decembrie iar comanda minima este de 100 chf.

Dear gourmands,

This year for the winter holidays orders can be picked up directly from our kitchen in Stein am Rhein, (during the day) or Zürich, Seebach (in the evening). For those who cannot come to the two addresses, we have the possibility to send the order by post.We have managed to set up a system whereby the food will reach you in conditions of maximum food safety.

How it works with Post deliveries:
• Delivery cost: 10.00 CHF
• Deliveries are made on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
• The food is freshly cooked, quickly chilled in the Shock Freezer, packed in airtight food containers, and mailed in insulated boxes with ice, which keep the food refrigerator cold for up to 48 hours. The package will be sent by Swiss Pac service around 18:00 and will arrive the next day between 12:00 and 17:00.
• The food can be microwaved directly in the container or transferred to a pot and heated in the oven or in a pan on the stove. The food that you don’t eat on the spot, we advise you to refrigerate immediately. It has a shelf life of up to 5 days in the fridge from the moment of receipt if it remains in the sealed packaging.
• Packing food in airtight containers and cooling it in a shock freezer prevents the growth of microorganisms and helps to maintain freshness, quality, texture, taste, and appearance.

The orders will be taken until 18th December and the minimum order is 100 CHF.

De peste 2 ani gatim cu drag pentru comunitatea romaneasca (si nu numai) din Zürich si imprejurimi.
