New Song „Desert Rose“ is out now 💛
It's an enchanting journey with field recordings from the misty air in the swiss alps combined with phrygian melodies from the acoustic guitar. Tribal drums and signature percussions are completing the sonic jungle taking you on a dance odyssey that leaves you whiplashed much like a rollercoaster.
The song is part of a compilation called „A Night At The Temple Of Pillagi“ featuring great artists all over the world. Special thanks to records for trusting in my music!

The Zurich based DJ and producer Felionix presents his latest album: "Orchestral Experience". The album is a strong piece of music that sounds more diverse than ever: The aesthetics of modern film music and oriental influences are just two of many ingredients that have contributed to the creation of this work. In 35 minutes of music, the 25-year-old artist tells a journey from the beginning of the Silk Road to the hustle and bustle in the nightlife district of New York in the 1940s, in Harlem.
With his new album Felionix gives an insight into his diverse musical spectrum. Inspired by the jazz giants who got people dancing with the help of local big bands, it was time for him to rediscover the orchestral aspect of modern club culture. The album is a place where epic and haunting orchestral parts meet melancholy and catchy melodies. The musical journey takes its course on countless streets and decides for a first branch in "Daybreak": The opening track of the album with a gentle string intro and a western melody, symbolizes a sunrise in the Orient. It gets dark and mystical with “Faiyum”, while the guitar feature “Noche Calurosa” invites you to dance with a mojito on the beach. The epic “Caravan” takes a completely different route. The famous melody composed by Duke Ellington is embedded in a rousing dance track that guarantees goosebumps. “Mirage” leads on a different track.
The singer Mira enchants you with her dreamy-floaty vocals and tells the story of a mirage. Trying to make our thoughts wander? Already happened. Felionix's trumpet, modified with effects, can be heard in five of the six songs on the album. Striking, haunting, velvety and rough. An album tour is not yet planned due to the current situation. However, as soon as it is possible to dance again, the Felionix Orchestra will be seen and heard live on stage. Felionix, whose real name is Felix Niggli, was born and raised in Uster and is currently living in Zurich(CHE): „Exciting music is where different genres intersect, acoustic instruments mix with electronics and new situations, sounds and music are created that have never existed before. The idea behind the orchestral album is the individual path that we have to go, influenced by all the people who accompany us. This caravan wanders together through the landscapes that we call life ”.

Liebe Freunde
Aufgrund der aktuellen Lage und wegen gesundheitlichen, ethischen und auch rein logistischen Gründen, habe ich mir Gedanken gemacht, ob und wenn ja wie und in welchem Format ich mein Orchesterprojekt aufführen könnte. Da es sich um mein Bachelorprojekt handelt, ich diese Musik bereits vor einem Jahr komponiert habe und der kommende Samstag bereits der Verschiebungstermin vom letzen Mai ist, möchte ich diese Musik nun sehr gerne aufführen können. Folgende Vorkehrungen wurden beschlossen:
Das Konzert am 24. Oktober findet statt.

🔹Die Gästezahl ist limitiert (first come first serve)
🔹Es werden keine Getränke im Club und in der Bar ausgeschenkt
🔹Es gilt eine strikte Maskentragepflicht während dem gesamten Aufenthalt im Club
🔹Es gilt eine Registrierungspflicht
🔹Die allgemeinen und neuen Empfehlungen des BAG werden berücksichtigt
Ich denke, dass mit diesen Massnahmen ein sicheres Ambiente garantiert werden kann und wir so das Konzert durchführen können.
